A Full Stack Software Engineer will contribute to the development and maintenance of web applications using Node.js, TypeScript, React, and related technologies.
The role includes implementing front-end and back-end features, writing clean and maintainable code, participating in testing and debugging activities, and supporting application improvements under the guidance of senior engineers or technical leads.
The engineer will work with technologies such as Node.js, TypeScript, React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and messaging-based integrations where applicable. Practical experience with Node.js and TypeScript is required for this role.
Familiarity with NestJS and architectural concepts such as DDD, CQRS, and Clean Architecture is beneficial, but expert-level ownership of these areas is not expected. The engineer will collaborate with developers, testers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver reliable software features as part of an Agile team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, refinements, and retrospectives.
- Work with senior engineers, technical leads, product owners, and team members to clarify requirements and implementation details.
- Develop and maintain front-end components using React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Develop and maintain back-end services using Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS where applicable.
- Build, integrate, and consume REST APIs and messaging-based services.
- Write unit tests and support integration testing to improve code quality and maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews and apply feedback to improve code quality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues with support from the team when needed.
- Follow agreed coding standards, development practices, and delivery processes.
- Contribute to technical discussions and suggest improvements within the scope of assigned work.
- Keep up to date with relevant technologies and apply learning to day-to-day development tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience with: Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, React, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, Git, unit testing, Agile development practices.
- Nice to have: Next.js, NestJS, message brokers, CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, cloud platform exposure such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, basic understanding of DDD, CQRS, and Clean Architecture.

The salary range for this position is from 3.374 to 4.459 EURO gross before taxes.*
*Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
