Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced QA Engineering Manager to lead quality engineering initiatives for large-scale banking applications and digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in test strategy, quality assurance, automation, and team leadership, with a strong understanding of banking products, regulatory requirements, and Agile delivery methodologies.
The QA Engineering Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end testing excellence, managing QA teams, implementing automation strategies, and ensuring high-quality releases across core banking, payments, lending, digital banking, and regulatory platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of QA Engineers, Test Leads, and Automation Engineers across multiple banking programs.
- Define and execute enterprise-wide QA strategy, governance, and quality metrics.
- Establish test plans, test estimation models, resource planning, and release readiness criteria.
- Drive test automation initiatives using modern automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Oversee Functional, Integration, API, System, Regression, UAT, Performance, and Security Testing.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, audit requirements, and risk management controls.
- Partner with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and Development Managers to ensure quality is built into the SDLC.
