Job Summary
One Trust Cybersecurity Architect GRC will design and enhance governance risk and compliance frameworks that protect enterprise assets and data while aligning with regulatory expectations and business strategies. The role focuses on OneTrust enablement risk management practices and integration of controls into cards and payments processes where relevant within a hybrid work model for a large global organization.
Responsibilities
-Design comprehensive governance risk and compliance architectures that align enterprise security objectives with regulatory obligations and industry best practices while supporting sustainable business growth and resilience across global operations. -Develop and maintain integrated risk management methodologies that use OneTrust and other approved tools to continuously identify assess and prioritize technology and business risks across applications infrastructure and data flows. -Configure and optimize OneTrust capabilities to support policy management risk registers issue tracking and automated workflows enabling efficient handling of cybersecurity GRC activities across diverse stakeholder groups.
Create standardized control taxonomies and mapping guidelines that connect frameworks such as data protection standards and financial regulations to practical technical and procedural controls implemented in the organization. -Lead design reviews for new and existing products and services to ensure that security policies risk management requirements and compliance expectations are embedded early and that residual risks are clearly documented and accepted through defined processes. -Establish clear metrics dashboards and reporting structures for senior stakeholders that communicate risk exposure compliance status and remediation progress using data generated from OneTrust and complementary risk tools. -Guide cross functional teams through formal risk assessments and control testing cycles ensuring that identified gaps are analyzed prioritized and resolved within agreed timelines and that lessons learned inform future design decisions. -Collaborate with technology and business teams in cards and payments functions when applicable to translate transaction processing requirements and regulatory constraints into secure architectures with robust governance mechanisms. -Coordinate hybrid model working practices for GRC initiatives by defining collaboration routines documentation standards and review cadences that support effective outcomes without requiring travel. -Drive continuous improvement of cybersecurity GRC processes by evaluating emerging threats regulatory changes and technology advancements and by proposing pragmatic enhancements that strengthen enterprise defenses and trust. -Provide structured guidance and knowledge sharing to risk owners system architects and product teams on practical application of GRC principles so that responsibilities are clear and actions lead to measurable reduction in risk. -Champion alignment of cybersecurity GRC activities with the organization purpose by promoting practices that protect customer data support secure digital services and contribute to broader societal confidence in technology driven transactions. -Coordinate day shift activities among stakeholders so that GRC projects risk reviews and compliance reporting are delivered on schedule and support reliable business operations in all served regions

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $125,000 - $140,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate
