Job Title: Salesforce nCino Developer
Experience: 4-10 Years
Location: PAN India

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce nCino Developer to design, develop, and support banking and financial services solutions built on the Salesforce and nCino platforms. The candidate will be responsible for implementing scalable solutions, customizing nCino modules, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications on the Salesforce and nCino platforms.
  • Configure and customize nCino modules such as Commercial Lending, Treasury Management, Deposit Account Opening, and Customer Onboarding.
  • Develop Apex classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and integrations.
  • Implement and enhance workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and business automation.
  • Integrate Salesforce/nCino with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Follow Salesforce and nCino best practices for development, security, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Salesforce Platform Development.
  • Hands-on experience with nCino Bank Operating System.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets.
  • Experience in API integrations and middleware platforms.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain.
  • Knowledge of nCino Commercial Lending and Loan Origination processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Financial Services Cloud.
  • Salesforce and/or nCino certifications.
