Job Summary
Senior Project Manager role in a global organization focusing on end to end delivery of complex projects & NTAC in a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirement. The position requires strong experience in project management stakeholder management and risk management accumulated over twelve to fourteen years contributing to reliable outcomes for business and society.
Responsibilities
Domain Experience-NDC Air Offer Load Coordinator
- Drive end to end project planning and execution by defining scope timelines and resource needs to ensure predictable delivery outcomes for business stakeholders and operational teams.
- Coordinate hybrid work schedules and collaboration ceremonies so that project teams remain aligned productive and responsive to changing priorities across onsite and remote environments.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through structured communication status reporting and timely escalation fostering transparent relationships that support informed decision making.
- Oversee project governance processes including steering forums issue reviews and performance checkpoints to maintain compliance with organizational standards and contractual commitments.
- Mitigate project risks by identifying potential issues early documenting risk scenarios and implementing prevention and contingency plans that protect cost time and quality baselines.
- Optimize project budgets and resource allocations by tracking financial performance controlling variances and enabling efficient utilization of cross functional skills.
- Guide project teams in adopting consistent project management practices such as schedule tracking dependency mapping and change impact assessment to maintain structured delivery.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones by aligning task priorities monitoring progress metrics and resolving blockers that could impact customer value realization.
- Collaborate with operational and technology partners to integrate project outcomes into business processes and systems supporting improved service reliability and user satisfaction.
- Apply risk management frameworks to evaluate business and operational impacts enabling better preparedness for disruptions and enhancing organizational resilience.
- Enhance customer and stakeholder experience by translating complex project information into concise insights that support clarity trust and long term engagement.
- Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned refining delivery methodologies and promoting reusable practices that raise overall project performance.
- Contribute to societal impact by driving projects that improve service efficiency safety and accessibility such as initiatives relevant to transportation and airline operations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate extensive experience of twelve to fourteen years in complex project management environments with proven ability to deliver multi stakeholder initiatives in large organizations.
- Possess strong stakeholder management skills with a history of collaborating across business technology and operations teams to align expectations and secure commitment.
- Apply advanced risk management techniques including qualitative and quantitative assessment to reduce exposure and maintain stability in project outcomes.
- Utilize deep knowledge of project management methodologies and tools to plan execute and monitor projects while adapting practices to organizational standards.
- Bring practical familiarity with hybrid work models where coordination across onsite and remote team members is required to sustain productivity and cohesion.
- Offer hands on experience or exposure to airline or travel domain operations where understanding of schedules capacity and customer experience enhances project relevance.
