About the role
As an Associate - Sales Intelligence, you will make an impact by developing AI-enabled, deal-specific intelligence that helps pursuit leaders and senior sales stakeholders make informed, data-driven decisions. You will be a valued member of the Global Large Deals Sales Intelligence team and work collaboratively with pursuit teams, account teams, and senior sales stakeholders across global geographies and business units. You will support active large-deal pursuits and proactive deal origination while balancing speed, accuracy, and relevance in high-stakes timelines.
In this role, you will:
· Analyze and synthesize information for active large-deal pursuits using AI-enabled research tools and internal platforms.
· Translate research into deal-specific insights, including opportunity hypotheses, competitive positioning, risks, and key considerations.
· Deliver clear, concise, and sales-ready outputs, including insight summaries, narratives, and executive discussion inputs aligned to pursuit needs.
· Support proactive large-deal origination through business-unit opportunity scans and account-level deep dives for priority and whitespace accounts.
· Identify early signals, themes, and hypotheses that shape potential large-deal opportunities and inform pipeline discussions.
· Generate, validate, and refine intelligence outputs using AI-enabled tools, and improve prompts, workflows, templates, and intelligence quality.
· Collaborate with pursuit teams, account teams, and senior sales stakeholders while managing ambiguity, tight timelines, and stakeholder feedback with professional judgment.
What you must have to be considered
· MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 business school.
· 1-2 years of experience in sales intelligence, business or strategy analysis, consulting, financial services or analytics, or an IT services or technology firm.
· Strong ability to read and synthesize complex information, analyze trends, benchmarks, and data, and structure insights logically and clearly.
· High proficiency in PowerPoint for structured storytelling and executive communications, and in Excel for data analysis, comparisons, and quantitative insights.
· Hands-on comfort using generative AI tools, such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or internal AI platforms, and incorporating AI-enabled workflows into daily work.
· A strong sense of ownership, a collaborative mindset, and the professional maturity to work effectively during high-intensity deal cycles.
These will help you succeed
· An undergraduate degree in information technology or computer science.
· Exposure to creating, configuring, or experimenting with AI workflows, agents, or vibe coding. Coding is not mandatory, but practical AI engagement is highly valued.
· A proactive, can-do approach, with a willingness to support teammates, share learnings openly, and step in when help is needed.
· Ability to incorporate feedback effectively while maintaining speed, accuracy, and relevance.
