Job Summary
Join a global media advisory and intelligence team as a specialist focused on email marketing and advanced AI solutions including generative AI agentic AI RAG and context engineering. In this hybrid role you will design optimize and analyze data driven campaigns that deliver measurable impact for clients and society through responsible and efficient communication strategies.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize email marketing campaigns that drive measurable engagement and conversion for media advisory initiatives using data insights to refine audience targeting and message relevance.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and identify patterns in subscriber behavior to recommend audience segmentation strategies that improve campaign efficiency and support organizational communication goals.
- Develop detailed content and workflow strategies for lifecycle email journeys that nurture relationships with key stakeholders and inform them about critical media intelligence updates and insights.
- Collaborate with media research and analytics teams to translate complex findings into clear and actionable email narratives that enhance understanding of market trends and societal impact.
- Apply generative AI techniques to create high quality content variants for email subject lines and body copy that can be systematically tested for engagement and clarity across diverse recipient groups.
- Use prompt engineering practices to design robust instructions for AI systems that generate accurate and context aware campaign assets aligned with organizational standards and regulatory expectations.
- Implement agentic AI approaches within internal tools to automate routine email campaign tasks such as audience selection and message scheduling while maintaining transparency and control over automated decisions.
- Build and refine RAG based workflows that integrate internal knowledge sources and external media data to deliver timely and trustworthy intelligence summaries within email communications.
- Apply context engineering principles to ensure AI driven content respects brand guidelines regional norms and compliance requirements while remaining accessible to a broad and inclusive audience.
- Coordinate hybrid collaboration with cross functional stakeholders by planning onsite and remote working rhythms that sustain efficient campaign delivery and continuous improvement across projects.
- Document methodologies for AI augmented email marketing including data inputs validation checks and monitoring procedures to support audit readiness and responsible technology use.
- Contribute to the evolution of media advisory products by feeding back insights from email engagement analytics into research priorities and content themes that address emerging societal topics.
- Support a culture of ethical and transparent communication by carefully reviewing AI generated outputs and ensuring that campaigns reinforce trust between the organization and external audiences.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate between two and four years of professional experience in email marketing or digital communication roles with proven use of analytics tools and campaign optimization practices.
- Show hands on experience with generative AI platforms and frameworks as well as deep familiarity with prompt engineering techniques for producing reliable and relevant marketing content.
- Bring practical exposure to agentic AI solutions and RAG pipelines applied to content creation or media intelligence use cases along with strong understanding of context engineering concepts.
- Possess solid technical skills in email campaign tools marketing automation platforms and data analysis environments complemented by curiosity for emerging AI technologies and responsible innovation.
- Offer experience in media advisory intelligence or related domains such as communications consulting marketing strategy or digital journalism where data driven insights support decision making.
- Display good to have expertise in sectors influenced by media such as technology consumer goods or public policy where accurate information flows can create positive outcomes for communities.
- Work in a hybrid model that balances onsite collaboration with remote productivity while maintaining clear communication routines and dependable availability for project stakeholders.
- Operate in shift D with flexibility to align working hours to team schedules and critical campaign timelines ensuring consistent coverage for key releases and reporting cycles.
- Confirm that this role does not require travel while remaining open to virtual cross region collaboration and occasional online participation in global knowledge sharing sessions.
