Informatica IDMC Administrator
About the role
As an Informatica IDMC Administrator, you will make an impact by administering and maintaining Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), ensuring platform stability, monitoring production workloads, and supporting application releases across multiple environments. You will be a valued member of the Production Operations team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, development teams, infrastructure teams, and support organizations.
In this role, you will:
• Administer, support, and maintain Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) environments, including installing, maintaining, and upgrading Informatica Secure Agents.
• Monitor production jobs, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve performance and platform-related issues to ensure platform stability.
• Support Change Management and Release Management processes, coordinating deployments across Development, QA, UAT, Staging, and Production environments.
• Perform pre-deployment and post-deployment validations to support production releases and ensure application stability following deployments.
• Partner with development, infrastructure, and business teams, participate in daily onshore-offshore handoff meetings, and maintain operational documentation and governance standards; provide weekend and on-call support for major releases and critical production events as needed.

What you need to have to be considered
• 5+ years of experience in Production Support, Application Support, or Platform Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), including managing and upgrading Informatica Secure Agents.
• Good understanding of AWS Cloud services and cloud-based application support.
• Experience with Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Release Management, including supporting deployments across multiple environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced, SLA-driven support environment.
These will help you stand out
• Experience with Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and related IDMC services.
• Knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, and VPC.
• Familiarity with monitoring, scheduling, and automation tools.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000- $150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
