- Experience in collaborating with stakeholders
- Detail oriented
- Able to plan their work to meet deadlines (uneven work load throughout the month, cumulated around month end)
- Can document reporting requirements (metric dictionaries etc)
- Can follow documentation to create reports
- Tableau
- Advanced Excel
- Advanced power point
- Can prepare data extracts as requested
- Can prepare narratives to accompany reports
- Familiar with ServiceNow reporting
