Job Summary

Architect role in a multinational organization focusing on designing and governing enterprise grade solutions built on MS Power Automate and Power Apps. The role spans end to end solution architecture platform standards and reusable asset strategy for complex business workflows in a hybrid work model. The architect will collaborate across product operations and technology teams to ensure scalable secure and high quality automation delivery while mentoring teams and influencing platform ad


Responsibilities

  • Design comprehensive automation architectures that integrate MS Power Automate and Power Apps to address complex business workflow needs across multiple functions and geographies in a scalable manner.
  • Drive solution blueprint creation that covers process mapping data flows environment strategy and integration patterns to ensure robust and maintainable implementations on the Power platform.
  • Guide project teams in translating business requirements into secure and compliant automation solutions by defining standards for connectors triggers data protection and application lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with product owners business analysts and developers to validate functional and non functional requirements and to ensure that implemented solutions align with enterprise goals and long term platform roadmap.
  • Review technical designs and configuration decisions for MS Power Automate flows and Power Apps applications to identify risks performance bottlenecks and improvements that enhance reliability and usability.
  • Establish and evolve governance models for environments solution deployment and change control to maintain platform hygiene and predictable release cycles in a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Create reference architectures reusable components and templates that accelerate solution delivery and promote consistency across different business units and project teams using the Power platform.
  • Coordinate with security and compliance stakeholders to embed data access controls monitoring and auditing capabilities into all workflow and application designs to protect organizational and customer information.
  • Provide technical guidance during incident analysis and problem resolution by assessing flow dependencies app configurations and external system integrations to restore service quickly and prevent recurrences.
  • Optimize existing automations and applications by assessing telemetry user feedback and performance metrics to refine workflows reduce manual effort and increase adoption and business satisfaction.
  • Document architecture decisions solution rationale and platform standards in clear artifacts that support onboarding knowledge transfer and sustainable operation of Power Automate and Power Apps solutions.
  • Mentor experienced professionals in best practices for automation design configuration management and testing so that teams can deliver high quality outcomes consistently within day shift schedules.
  • Align solution strategies with organizational purpose by focusing on workflows that increase efficiency reduce repetitive tasks and create better experiences for customers and communities that rely on company services.

    • Qualifications

  • Bring deep hands on experience in designing and implementing complex enterprise solutions using MS Power Automate and Power Apps including canvas apps model driven apps and advanced flow scenarios.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of data modeling connectors and integration concepts needed to connect Power platform solutions with core business systems and modern collaboration tools.
  • Apply solid knowledge of automation governance deployment strategies and environment management to sustain large scale usage without compromising stability or compliance.
  • Show proficiency in analyzing existing business processes and converting them into optimized digital workflows that measurably reduce manual work and operational risk.
  • Utilize strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to explain architecture choices benefits and tradeoffs to both technical and non technical audiences in a clear and respectful manner.
  • Exhibit experience with hybrid work practices and remote collaboration tools to coordinate solution design reviews knowledge sharing and issue resolution across distributed teams in day shift settings.
  • Display capability to work independently within a defined architecture framework while collaborating effectively with cross functional teams to deliver impactful automation solutions without travel obligations.

    • Certifications Required

    Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified Power Platform Solution Architect Expert and Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer Associate.
