Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM technical architect with strong technical expertise in SAP CRM with deep knowledge of SAP CRM architecture, development frameworks, and integration technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong technical expertise in SAP CRM with deep knowledge of SAP CRM architecture, development frameworks, and integration technologies.

  • Proven ability to analyse technical requirements, conduct solution design workshops, and translate business requirements into scalable SAP CRM technical solutions.

  • Ability to guide Business and IT stakeholders on SAP CRM technical architecture, development best practices, and integration approaches.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex SAP CRM technical, performance, and integration issues.

  • Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement custom SAP CRM solutions aligned with business and technical objectives.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working closely with functional teams, architects, and business leaders.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

  • Proficient in producing Technical Design Documents (TDDs), Integration Design Documents (IDDs), and Solution Architecture documentation.

  • Solid understanding of SAP CRM One Order Framework (OOF) and technical enhancements related to business transactions, activities, opportunities, and service processes.

  • Strong experience with Complaints, Case Management, and Workflow development, including configuration and technical integration requirements.
  • Experience supporting SAP CRM C&I (Commercial & Industrial) sales and service processes through technical solution design and development.
  • Proven experience integrating SAP CRM with SAP IS-U, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP CPI/PI/PO, and third-party applications through inbound and outbound interfaces.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP debugging, performance tuning, SQL trace analysis, authorization concepts, and production support activities.
  • Experience working in large-scale SAP transformation, migration, or utility industry programs with end-to-end delivery responsibility.
