- Define and enforce Snowflake architecture best practices, including data modeling (star/snowflake schemas, Data Vault), virtual warehouse sizing/cost optimization, clustering, partitioning, and performance tuning.
- Lead the design of scalable ELT/ETL frameworks, ensuring reusability, metadata-driven development, and adherence to data governance standards.
- Own the technical roadmap for cloud data platform modernization, including migration strategies from legacy ETL tools (Informatica PowerCenter, SAP BODS, etc.) to IICS and Snowflake.
- Guide and mentor development teams on IICS mapping design, taskflows, connectors, and Snowflake integration patterns.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance audits; troubleshoot complex data pipeline and query performance issues.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and best practices to enhance platform scalability and reliability.
- Create and maintain architecture documentation, data flow diagrams, and technical design specifications.

- Proven experience with Informatica IICS (Cloud Data Integration / CDI, Cloud Application Integration / CAI, Mass Ingestion).
- Solid understanding of data modeling techniques (dimensional modeling, Data Vault 2.0, normalized/denormalized schemas).
- Experience integrating data from varied sources: relational databases, flat files, SAP BODS applications.
