Spain
STEM Talent School (ICAI-ICADE Comillas University): In co-partnership with Iberdrola, we provide an annual investment of €10,000 to train students, teachers and support STEM projects.
LadyTech Scholarships: We grant 10 x € 1,000 a year- scholarships offered to women who are in their final year of a university degree in the STEM field in Spain.

You will be a permanent Cognizant employee from day 1.
The Graduate Program is not rotational as the training you’ll receive is targeted to the Service Line you join. As a graduate, you’ll work across the entire technical and digital space within specialized business units where you’ll have the plenty of opportunities to collaborate and deliver game-changing solutions for our clients.
We offer a flexible and agile working environment to achieve the best outcomes for you, your family, and our clients. Your safety comes first. Given the unprecedented times, should it be deemed unsafe to work in the office, Cognizant will revert to managing its business remotely.
