We recruit at all levels, often according to demand. The job description on the career site indicates the relevant level. However, we often offer internships of various lengths for those with two to five years of college education.
Depending on the needs of the different entities, we recruit any type of profile, both technical and functional. We often run development internships, but we also offer internships for business analysis, community management and internal roles (HR, recruitment etc.)
No, the school is not a factor in recruitment. We recruit candidates from all schools, whether they have engineering diplomas or not, master's degrees, bachelor's degrees or other qualifications.

Our goal is to give our interns and trainees real experience. In exchange we expect them to be curious, ask questions and want to learn.
Although you don't need to be bilingual to work with us, a certain level of competence in both languages is necessary to be able to communicate with everyone in the company and follow meetings in both languages.
