As a Government Affairs – Senior Manager, you will drive impactful contributions and focus on outcomes. You will be a key member of the team, collaborating with stakeholders. The Senior Manager – Government Affairs will play a pivotal role in representing the organization, securing regulatory approvals, and fostering strong relationships with key government entities in Hyderabad or Vizag. This hands-on leader will ensure seamless communication and effective advocacy in alignment with business objectives. - Represent the organization at important events, forums, and meetings with government stakeholders.
- Build, maintain, and expand networks with government officials, state departments, and strategic partners.
- Navigate regulatory frameworks to obtain necessary approvals for business operations.
- Engage in direct fieldwork, proactively liaising with government offices and departments.
- Promote the organization’s interests by participating in industry forums and public events.

What you must have to be considered
· 8-10 years of experience in government affairs, with hands-on experience in regulatory approvals and working with state governments (preferably Andhra Pradesh and/or Telangana).
· In-depth knowledge of state policies, government processes, and regulatory requirements.
· Established and strong relationships with officials and departments in state government.
· Proactive, adaptable, and able to operate both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Telugu or Marathi is highly desirable.
- Postgraduate degree in public policy, law, or a related field preferred.
- A strong sense of ownership, desire to create meaningful outcomes, and passion for work that serves a greater good for customers, communities, or global challenges.
