Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Consulting Analyst where you will leverage your expertise in business analysis to drive impactful solutions. With a hybrid work model you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and strategies. Your contributions will play a vital role in achieving organizational goals and fostering innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements to develop effective solutions that align with organizational objectives

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business needs and specifications

  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize business processes and improve efficiency

  • Utilize technical skills in Capture to design and implement business models that support strategic initiatives

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth

  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals

  • Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management

  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet business requirements

  • Support the implementation of new systems and processes ensuring seamless integration with existing operations

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and suggest improvements for continuous enhancement

  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions are aligned with business needs

  • Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on new processes and systems

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement. Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in business analysis techniques and methodologies

  • Possess strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights

  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and solutions to diverse audiences

  • Have experience in hybrid work environments showcasing adaptability and collaboration skills

  • Show expertise in Capture technology to design robust business models

  • Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making

  • Hold a degree in Business Administration Information Systems or related field

  • Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on strategic initiatives

  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development

  • Possess strong organizational skills to manage project timelines and deliverables

  • Exhibit a customer-centric mindset to ensure solutions meet client needs

  • Have experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions.

Certifications Required

  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
