Job Summary : This hybrid role seeks an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Temenos TIM Methodology IRIS API Framework Extensibility Framework and cards and payments domain to design and govern scalable digital banking solutions. Responsibilities : -Design end to end solution architectures using Temenos TIM Methodology to deliver modular and scalable digital banking capabilities that align with enterprise standards and long term strategy. -Define integration patterns leveraging IRIS API Framework to enable secure and consistent data exchange across internal platforms and partner ecosystems while ensuring reuse and stability. -Apply Extensibility Framework to design configurable components that support rapid product changes in cards and payments without impacting core banking stability and performance. -Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate cards and payments requirements into clear architecture blueprints and roadmaps that support future innovation. -Review existing solution landscapes to identify simplification and consolidation opportunities that reduce technical debt and improve system reliability across the organization. -Guide engineering teams on nonfunctional requirements such as performance scalability security and observability to ensure production ready implementations of designed solutions. -Develop reference architectures and reusable design patterns for card issuing acquiring settlement and payment processing that accelerate project delivery and reduce risk. -Perform impact assessments for new features in cards and payments to evaluate downstream effects on channels core banking reporting and compliance systems. -Conduct architecture risk assessments focusing on data privacy transaction security fraud controls and regulatory compliance relevant to cards and payments processes. -Create detailed solution documentation including architecture diagrams integration specifications and configuration guidelines that support future maintenance and audits. -Partner with testing and quality teams to define architecture validation strategies ensuring that critical journeys such as authorization clearing and dispute handling perform as expected. -Engage with operations and support teams to design monitoring alerting and incident handling approaches that minimize service disruption and enhance customer experience. -Participate in architecture review forums to present solution options capture feedback and ensure consistency with organizational principles and technology standards. -Qualifications -Possess between twelve and fifteen years of overall technology experience with significant exposure to complex enterprise grade banking implementations. -Demonstrate hands on experience applying Temenos TIM Methodology across multiple projects including requirement analysis design implementation and stabilization phases. -Show proven expertise with IRIS API Framework including design of secure APIs versioning strategies throttling and integration with external partners in financial services. -Exhibit strong proficiency with Extensibility Framework to configure product features extend existing modules and introduce custom business logic without compromising upgrade paths. -Bring deep domain knowledge in cards and payments covering issuing acquiring switching settlement reconciliation chargebacks and regulatory reporting. -Display solid understanding of digital channels such as mobile and web banking and their interaction with core card and payment processing systems in a hybrid work environment. -Apply sound knowledge of security practices in financial services including tokenization encryption authentication flows and management of sensitive cardholder information. -Demonstrate experience working with cross functional teams such as product management engineering compliance and operations to deliver shared outcomes in day shift. -Show familiarity with modern software engineering practices including microservices event driven patterns continuous integration and automated testing in enterprise contexts. -Communicate complex architectural concepts in a clear manner to technical and nontechnical stakeholders while building alignment on solution direction. -Maintain awareness of industry trends in payments such as contactless adoption real time payments and regulatory changes and translate these insights into architecture recommendations. -Exhibit strong problem solving skills and the ability to evaluate tradeoffs among cost time risk and quality while consistently keeping customer value and societal impact in focus. 9.
