Job summary
Drive business operations and strategic initiatives as a Business Manager with nine to twelve years of experience using advanced skills in MS Excel Sharepoint Jira and risk assessment to optimize processes support hybrid teams and enable informed decisions that enhance organizational performance and create sustainable value for clients and society.
Responsibilities
- Manage end to end business operations by coordinating planning activities and tracking performance indicators to ensure consistent delivery of business outcomes that align with overall company strategy and societal impact goals.
- Develop data driven reports and dashboards in MS Excel to provide leaders and stakeholders with accurate insights that enable timely decisions cost optimization and measurable improvements in service quality.
- Utilize Sharepoint to structure document repositories streamline collaboration and maintain a single source of truth for project and operational information across hybrid teams.
- Administer and maintain Jira boards to track work items monitor progress and analyze throughput metrics that support effective prioritization and continuous improvement of operational workflows.
- Perform structured risk assessment activities to identify analyze and document operational financial and compliance risks along with clear mitigation plans that protect business continuity and stakeholder trust.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams in day shift operations to consolidate requirements resolve blockers and maintain alignment on scope timelines and quality expectations for ongoing initiatives.
- Prepare recurring business review materials using MS Excel outputs and narrative summaries that clearly convey trends variances and recommended actions to both technical and non technical audiences.
- Optimize resource utilization by tracking capacity demand and delivery metrics and by recommending adjustments that balance workload and maintain sustainable productivity in a hybrid work model.
- Support process improvement initiatives by mapping current workflows identifying bottlenecks and proposing practical changes that increase efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- Collaborate with governance and compliance stakeholders to ensure that data handling reporting practices and documentation on Sharepoint and Jira adhere to internal standards and regulatory expectations.
- Guide adoption of best practices in the use of MS Excel Sharepoint and Jira through clear documentation and structured knowledge sharing that help team members work more effectively in hybrid environments.
- Monitor key risk indicators and operational metrics while escalating significant deviations along with fact based recommendations that protect project outcomes and business reputation.
- Contribute to the definition and tracking of success measures that link operational performance to customer satisfaction and societal value such as reliability transparency and responsible use of data.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate proven experience of nine to twelve years in a business manager role or similar function with strong exposure to hybrid working models and cross functional collaboration in large organizations.
- Exhibit advanced proficiency in MS Excel including complex formulas pivot analyses and data visualizations that transform raw data into clear and actionable business insights.
- Show hands on expertise in configuring and using Sharepoint for document management permissions and team collaboration spaces that support secure and organized information sharing.
- Possess practical experience with Jira configuration board management and reporting to track tasks epics and risks in a structured and transparent manner for distributed teams.
- Apply formal or informal risk assessment methodologies to evaluate operational project and process risks while documenting impact likelihood and mitigations in a clear and usable format.
- Communicate with strong written and verbal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders build consensus on priorities and present findings in accessible language that drives action.
- Manage time and priorities effectively in a hybrid day shift environment by organizing work queues anticipating dependencies and maintaining focus on agreed outcomes without requiring travel.
