· Client Engagement & Requirement Understanding
o Interface directly with business stakeholders to understand product lifecycle management (PLM) needs
- Conduct discussions, and requirement elicitation sessions
- Translate business requirements into functional solution approaches
· Functional Solutioning
o Analyze and define functional requirements across 3DX modules such as:
§ 3DX PLM (BOM Management, Change Management, Collaboration, NetVibes, Delmia)
- Product Configuration & Variant Management
- Document / Knowledge Management
- Project & Program Management
o Propose high-level solution design and approach aligned with business objectives
· Process Mapping & Optimization
o Map current-state processes and define future-state workflows

Compensation & Benefits
$74,000 – $104,000 per year

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and PLM optimization
· Solution Design Support
o Work with technical teams to translate functional designs into implementable solutions
- Provide inputs into integration design with enterprise systems (ERP, CAD, etc.) [
- Validate solution alignment with business needs
· Stakeholder Communication
o Prepare and present solution concepts, options, and recommendations
- Facilitate alignment between business and IT teams
Provide functional guidance during implementation lifecycle
