T24 - Securities Testing

Job Summary

Serve as a senior product test consultant for core banking implementations using Temenos Transact and Temenos T24 designing and executing robust Selenium based automation for complex asset and wealth management workflows ensuring high quality regulatory compliant deliveries for global banking clients in a day shift work from office model.

Responsibilities

• Design end to end test strategies for Temenos Transact and Temenos T24 implementations that validate critical core banking functionalities and asset and wealth management processes for global financial institutions.
• Develop scalable Selenium automation frameworks that increase test coverage of key digital banking journeys including onboarding portfolio management lending and transaction processing.
• Create detailed functional integration system and regression test cases tailored to core banking modules such as accounts payments loans deposits and investment products.
• Execute manual and automated test suites in a structured day shift schedule ensuring timely identification documentation and closure of defects across multiple banking releases.
• Analyze business requirements and solution design documents for Temenos based transformations to derive clear test conditions and traceable acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts product owners and Temenos configuration teams to clarify requirements and resolve defects impacting asset and wealth management features.
• Review core banking interface specifications and validate integrations between Temenos platforms and external systems such as channels regulatory reporting and risk engines.
• Conduct data validation and reconciliation tests on customer account portfolio and transaction data to ensure consistency accuracy and compliance with banking standards.
• Optimize regression test packs using risk based prioritization and Selenium automation to reduce cycle time while maintaining strong coverage on high impact banking functions.
• Prepare comprehensive test reports defect metrics and quality dashboards that communicate product health and release readiness to stakeholders in a clear and data driven manner.
• Ensure adherence to organizational quality standards test processes and documentation practices for all core banking and wealth management testing activities.
• Mentor junior testers on Selenium automation practices Temenos product behavior and banking domain concepts to uplift overall team capability and delivery quality.
• Coordinate with environment and DevOps teams to maintain stable well configured Temenos and test automation environments that support predictable execution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in test design automation scripts and defect prevention techniques to enhance efficiency and reliability of banking solutions.
• Participate in client workshops walkthroughs and defect triage calls to provide expert test insights on Temenos Transact and Temenos T24 behaviors and constraints.

Qualifications

• Require extensive hands on experience in Selenium based test automation including framework design script development maintenance and integration with test management tools.
• Require strong practical exposure to Temenos Transact and Temenos T24 modules covering core banking operations product configuration and parameter driven workflows.
• Require deep understanding of core banking concepts such as customer lifecycle deposits loans payments interest calculation fee handling and end of day processing.
• Require proven domain expertise in asset and wealth management including investment products portfolio administration advisory workflows and regulatory suitability checks.
• Require 10 to 14 years of overall testing experience in banking technology projects with significant focus on product based implementations for global institutions.
• Require demonstrable ability to interpret functional specifications solution design documents and configuration guides to create robust test scenarios and data sets.
• Require strong skills in defect management root cause analysis and collaboration with multi disciplinary teams to drive timely resolution of production critical defects.
• Nice to have experience with test management and continuous integration tools that integrate with Selenium suites to support streamlined execution and reporting.
• Nice to have exposure to performance testing concepts for core banking and digital channels to complement functional and regression testing outcomes.
• Nice to have familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to banking and wealth management to design risk aware test coverage.
• Nice to have background in agile delivery models for product implementations including participation in backlog grooming sprint planning and user story validation.
• Nice to have experience contributing to reusable testing assets such as templates checklists and automation libraries focused on Temenos and core banking platforms.

Certifications Required

Preferred certifications in ISTQB Test Analyst or equivalent and any Temenos product accreditation for core banking or wealth solutions.
