Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities Incident Service Request Management Provide L2 support across the full TreasuryFXMarkets and CustodyBrokerageWealth application stack acting as the single point of ownership across both domains Triage investigate and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs escalating to L3vendor support when required Handle daytoday service requests access provisioning static data setup report generation and jobbatch reruns Maintain and update incident tickets with clear root cause analysis and resolution notes Trade Lifecycle Reconciliation Support Support endofday and intraday processing for FX interest rate swaps repos and money market transactions in Spectrum and Vision Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks in Intellimatch across cash subledger and position data feeding from Treasury and Trade Finance systems Support trade order management issues in Pershing NetX360 and BloombergTOMS coordinating with trading desks as needed Custody Regulatory Reporting Support Support custody processing in Paragon for mortgagebacked securities CMOs and US Treasury Notes held in IDBs Bank Portfolio Support the SEI Global Wealth Platform for client investment custody including its interface with Pershing Assist with liquidity and regulatory metric calculations in BancWare LCR LSM ALM VAR coordinating with Treasury and Risk teams Support hedge fund custody processing via EuroclearFundsettle and FHLB custody processing workflows ClientFacing Compliance Systems Support the FXDirect Client Portal ensuring corporate client FX transaction issues are resolved with heightened urgency given external client visibility Maintain baseline familiarity with lowervolume but compliancerelevant applications Global Relay email archiving iCapital alternative investments platform to respond to occasional incidents or audit requests CrossFunctional Collaboration Partner with Treasury Operations Trading Desks Custody Operations and Wealth Management business teams to understand functional issues and translate them into technical resolutions Coordinate with thirdparty vendors Bloomberg Pershing SEI Euroclear FISIntellimatch and others for defect resolution and upgrades Participate in change management testing patches upgrades and releases for supported applications before production deployment Contribute to knowledge base articles and support runbooks to reduce repeat incidents and support onboarding of team members Domain Knowledge Working knowledge of FX products interest rate swaps repos and money market instruments Understanding of cash subledger and position reconciliation concepts and common break types Familiarity with liquidity and Asset Liability Management regulatory metrics LCR VAR ALM Understanding of custody operations securities settlement safekeeping corporate actions Familiarity with mortgagebacked securities CMOs and US Treasury Notes at a conceptual level Awareness of brokeragetrade order management workflows and wealth management custody processes Technical Application Skills Handson L2 support experience with at least one TreasuryFX platform Spectrum Vision or equivalent and one custodybrokerage platform Paragon Pershing NetX360 or equivalent Experience with reconciliation tools such as FIS Intellimatch or similar TLM SmartStream Working knowledge of SQL for data investigation and rootcause analysis Familiarity with batch job scheduling and monitoring tools eg ControlM Autosys for endofday processing Basic understanding of application interfacesintegration points file feeds APIs between Treasury Custody and downstream systems Exposure to incident managementITSM tools ServiceNow Remedy or similar Soft Skills Other Requirements Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to work independently on complex crosssystem issues Clear written and verbal communication for coordinating across time zones with onsiteUSbased business stakeholders Ability to prioritize across a broad application portfolio and manage competing incidentservicerequest demands Comfort operating in a regulated financial services environment with attention to compliance and audit requirements Flexibility to provide overlap coverage with US business hours as needed for critical incidents Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance Computer Science Information Systems or related field 36 years of experience in capital markets application support Treasury FX Custody or Brokerage systems Prior experience supporting vendorhostedSaaS platforms and managing vendor support escalations Experience supporting clientfacing portals with heightened SLA expectations 9.
