Job Summary
This hybrid day shift role is for a seasoned Technical Lead with six to nine years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise applications using ASP Net Core. The role involves guiding technical direction ensuring high quality solutions and aligning platforms with governance risk and compliance principles to support sustainable business outcomes for a global organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead end to end design and development of scalable enterprise applications using ASP Net Core ensuring robust architecture and maintainable code to support long term business goals and operational efficiency.
- Oversee code quality by defining coding standards conducting reviews and promoting clean modular implementations that reduce defects and improve long term system reliability.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams by clarifying solution approaches resolving complex issues and enabling consistent delivery of high performing features.
- Coordinate hybrid work collaboration by enabling smooth communication across onsite and remote team members to maintain productivity and shared understanding on day to day tasks.
- Drive performance optimization activities for ASP Net Core services by analyzing bottlenecks tuning configurations and refining data access patterns to ensure responsive user experiences.
- Implement secure coding practices and application hardening strategies to protect business data and reinforce organizational commitments to responsible and ethical technology usage.
- Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate functional needs into clear technical specifications that align software behavior with real world governance risk and compliance expectations.
- Manage integration of external and internal systems through well structured APIs and services ensuring interoperability data consistency and reliable process automation across the enterprise ecosystem.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in configuration management and deployment pipelines by working closely with DevOps teams to enable predictable releases and minimize production incidents.
- Monitor application health using diagnostic tools and logs to proactively identify issues coordinate remediation activities and maintain stable platforms that support critical business operations.
- Support documentation of solution designs implementation details and operational procedures so that knowledge is easily shared and systems can be maintained effectively over time.
- Coordinate defect triage and resolution during development and post release phases to maintain high service quality and reinforce trust in technology solutions among business users.
- Promote inclusive and respectful teamwork by encouraging open communication transparent problem solving and shared ownership of technical outcomes in a diverse multinational environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong hands on expertise in ASP Net Core including building RESTful services working with middleware and implementing modern web application patterns to deliver reliable solutions.
- Possess solid understanding of object oriented programming design patterns and software engineering principles to build structured extensible and testable application components.
- Apply practical knowledge of governance risk and compliance concepts by contributing to solutions that support risk assessment controls monitoring and audit readiness in regulated environments.
- Use proficiency in relational databases and SQL to design schemas write efficient queries and support secure data management that aligns with organizational policies.
- Employ experience with version control and collaborative development practices to maintain clean change history enable peer collaboration and support continuous improvement in code bases.
- Exhibit familiarity with agile delivery methods by participating in planning reviews and retrospectives while consistently meeting commitments across hybrid work settings.
