About the role
As a Solution Architect, you will make an impact by shaping and delivering end-to-end migration programs, from discovery and wave planning through execution, stabilization, and datacenter exit, whether the target is a new datacenter, colocation, private cloud, or public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP). You will be a valued member of the internal Solution Architects team and work collaboratively with program stakeholders and senior management to deliver an integrated, high-quality outcome. Experience in banking or other regulated financial services environments is highly valued.
In this role, you will
- Lead datacentre assessments for consolidation, covering EOL/EOS, technology upgrades, hybrid cloud fitment, business continuity, and workload patterns.
- Design greenfield datacenter converged and hyper-converged infrastructure and public cloud landing zones.
- Drive large-scale transformation and transition projects across hybrid cloud environments.
- Architect and build datacenter and hybrid cloud solutions, including their integration, as a build SME.
- Automate and orchestrate migrations using native tools, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and PowerShell.

What you need to have to be considered
- Solution Architect expertise spanning multiple technologies, including on-premise datacenter and at least one public cloud.
- Experience migrating workloads across hybrid cloud environments using native and third-party tools.
- Hands-on experience with IaC builds and configurations, and automation/orchestration using native tools and PowerShell.
- On-premise technology stack exposure to at least one of: virtualization (VMware/Nutanix), server hardware, or storage.
- 15-18 years of experience architecting and managing large engagements across the applications and infrastructure space.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with proven experience interacting with senior management.
- Prior experience managing teams and driving solutions across multiple stakeholder groups toward a common goal.
- Good understanding of industry trends and NextGen technologies.
- Experience in business or IT transformation programs.
