Responsibilities : -Design and architect end to end cybersecurity solutions for critical network infrastructure environments that robustly protect core systems and support secure business operations across hybrid work models ensuring high availability and strong alignment with organizational security objectives. -Develop and refine identity access management strategies that rigorously control user lifecycle enforce least privilege principles and reduce unauthorized access risks while supporting frictionless productivity for diverse business teams. -Configure and optimize Cisco firewall deployments with advanced rule sets segmentation policies and threat inspection capabilities that consistently reduce attack surfaces and safeguard complex network zones across corporate and cloud integrated environments. -Implement and manage Azure firewall solutions that deliver consistent protection for cloud workloads virtual networks and application services while maintaining scalable security posture and enabling secure innovation for digital business initiatives. -Conduct detailed security assessments of critical infrastructure components to identify vulnerabilities misconfigurations and gaps in identity and firewall controls translating findings into clear remediation plans that meaningfully improve overall risk posture. -Collaborate closely with cross functional stakeholders to integrate cybersecurity requirements into solution designs for sales and marketing platforms ensuring responsible handling of customer data and secure enablement of analytics driven business processes. -Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for IAM configurations firewall policies network security architectures and operational procedures that support ongoing governance audit readiness and efficient knowledge transfer across teams. -Provide expert guidance to engineering and operations teams on secure configuration baselines incident handling related to access control and perimeter breaches and continuous enhancement of monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to emerging threats. -Drive adoption of security best practices by designing repeatable patterns and reference architectures for hybrid environments that balance robust protection with practical usability for day shift staff and minimal disruption to business workflows. -Coordinate with compliance and risk functions to ensure IAM and firewall implementations align with relevant regulations and internal policies helping the organization demonstrate responsible stewardship of data and critical assets. -Analyze security telemetry from firewalls and identity platforms to identify meaningful trends suspicious activities and potential misuses then recommend targeted improvements that strengthen detection and response effectiveness. -Guide evaluation and integration of new security tools and features related to identity management and network protection ensuring compatibility with existing architecture and measurable enhancements to resilience and operational efficiency. -Lead technical reviews of project designs impacting critical network infrastructure to validate that IAM controls Cisco firewall configurations and Azure firewall policies are properly embedded reducing future rework and preserving consistent protection. -Qualifications -Possess extensive practical experience designing and implementing identity access management solutions that include robust authentication methods granular authorization models and well governed account lifecycle processes. -Demonstrate strong hands on proficiency with Cisco firewall platforms including advanced policy configuration network segmentation design and integration with monitoring solutions for comprehensive visibility and control. -Bring deep working knowledge of Azure firewall capabilities applying them to protect cloud based applications virtual networks and hybrid connectivity scenarios while maintaining alignment with enterprise security standards. -Apply solid understanding of cybersecurity principles for critical network infrastructure including segmentation secure remote access and layered defense approaches tailored to complex enterprise environments. -Leverage familiarity with sales and marketing domain processes to translate business requirements into secure architectures that protect sensitive customer and campaign data without constraining innovation. -Show proven ability to operate effectively in hybrid work models coordinating securely across onsite and remote contexts while maintaining consistent security practices and reliable collaboration with distributed teams. -Exhibit clear communication and documentation skills that support collaboration with technical and nontechnical stakeholders and help drive adoption of well designed security controls across the organization. 9.
