Job Summary : The CyberSecurity Specialist IAM role focuses on designing and operating secure identity and access management solutions using Azure AD and Microsoft Entra ID to safeguard enterprise applications and data in a hybrid work environment. The candidate will collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance access governance for sales and marketing domains while aligning with day shift operations and ensuring secure user experiences. 3. Responsibilities : - Design and implement robust identity and access management configurations using Azure AD and Microsoft Entra ID to protect critical enterprise assets and reduce unauthorized access risks. - Manage user lifecycle operations including provisioning deprovisioning and access changes in Azure AD and Microsoft Entra ID to maintain accurate entitlements and support secure business continuity. - Configure and optimize conditional access policies multi factor authentication and password protection features to improve security posture while maintaining user friendly experiences. - Monitor and analyze identity related logs alerts and audit trails from Azure AD and Microsoft Entra ID to detect anomalies investigate incidents and support timely remediation. - Collaborate with security operations infrastructure and application teams to integrate IAM controls into cloud and on premise systems ensuring consistent enforcement of access policies across the organization. - Develop and maintain role based access models and group strategies that align with sales and marketing processes enabling secure data access for campaigns analytics and customer engagement activities. - Create and maintain technical documentation including IAM standards procedures and reference architectures to support compliance requirements and enable repeatable secure implementations. - Conduct periodic access reviews and certification activities for business applications with emphasis on sales and marketing platforms to ensure least privilege and regulatory alignment. - Support IAM related risk assessments and contribute to improvement plans by evaluating current controls identifying gaps and proposing practical enhancements using Azure AD and Microsoft Entra ID capabilities. - Provide guidance to business stakeholders on secure use of identity services including application onboarding single sign on and federation to streamline access and improve productivity. - Coordinate with project teams in a hybrid work model to plan and execute IAM changes ensuring minimal disruption to day shift operations and alignment with change management practices. - Contribute to security awareness by explaining IAM best practices to colleagues highlighting the impact of secure access management on customer trust brand reputation and long term business resilience. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by testing new features of Azure AD and Microsoft Entra ID and recommending configurations that strengthen security and support sustainable growth. -Qualifications - Bring extensive practical experience with Azure AD identity management capabilities including groups roles policies and security features applied to medium and large enterprise environments. - Demonstrate strong proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID services covering authentication authorization governance and integration with business applications for reliable and secure user access. - Apply solid understanding of core cybersecurity concepts such as zero trust principles encryption network security and incident response to design effective IAM solutions. - Utilize knowledge of sales and marketing domain processes including campaign execution customer data usage and reporting to align access controls with real world business needs. - Communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical stakeholders explaining IAM issues in understandable terms and collaborating to define secure and efficient access requirements. - Show ability to operate effectively in a hybrid work setup during day shifts coordinating tasks across remote and office locations while maintaining discipline in change and incident handling. 9.
