As a Senior qTest Technical Product Consultant, you will drive the adoption, integration, and optimization of qTest as the core test management platform. Your role is to ensure seamless interoperability with upstream and downstream systems, including Quality API, Test Harness, and Azure DevOps (ADO). In this role, you will

- Design, implement, and support integrations between qTest and Quality API, Test Harness, ADO, and other connected tools.
- Own qTest administration: user/project/role setup, configuration, and governance.
- Define and enforce standards for API usage, webhook configuration, and data synchronization between qTest and connected systems.
- Assess qTest infrastructure and capacity (scalability, performance, API rate limits, data volumes) and recommend improvements.
- Make and defend design decisions on integration patterns, i.e., what works well when qTest interacts with multiple systems.
- Partner with EQE+ teams to troubleshoot integration issues, optimize data pipelines, and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Drive change management with stakeholders, including those resistant to the transformation.
- Produce documentation, runbooks, and best-practice guides; mentor admins and teams.
