Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in broader IAM technologies and cybersecurity practices
5+ years hands-on experience in implementing simple to complex application integration to access request framework
3+ years in identity management Support role
ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST
Hybrid role in CDMX, Guadalajara, Monterrey or Queretaro
Responsibilities
Manage identity management system and dependent Infrastructure
Troubleshoot and resolve identity management issues for both internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to configure and maintain end point credentials
Provide level 2 & 3 Production Support to help diagnose and troubleshoot Production issues.
Provide technical guidance and Support to clients and internal teams on identity management features and best practices.
Stay updated on the latest identity management & access request features, security trends, and industry best practices.
Document implementation processes, troubleshooting steps, and solutions for knowledge sharing.
