Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sr Product Architect for our ISG team with 13 to 16 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter PCF and Gosu along with a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovation and efficiency in our product architecture. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our insurance solutions ensuring they meet industry standards and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust product architectures that align with business goals and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions.
- Analyze and optimize existing systems to improve performance and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural designs and modifications.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in all architectural solutions.
- Conduct regular assessments of system performance and recommend improvements as needed.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of new technologies to enhance product capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Oversee the implementation of new features and functionalities to enhance user experience.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our solutions competitive and innovative.
- Drive initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the development process.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter PCF and Gosu demonstrating a deep understanding of their functionalities.
- Have a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance with the ability to apply domain knowledge to architectural decisions.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about product development.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Show a proven track record of successful project delivery in a hybrid work environment.
- Be adept at working collaboratively in a team-oriented setting fostering a positive and productive work culture.
- Have a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry advancements.
