About the role
As a Manager - CS, you will drive impactful contributions and focus on outcomes. You will be a key member of the Business Information Security Attestations (BIS Attestations) team, collaborating with security, audit, IT teams, business units, and third-party assessors to optimize assessment activities and maximize efficiency while maintaining the quality and integrity of SOC and ISAE assessments and audits. You will have the autonomy to provide governance oversight, consultation, and program management support while upholding our commitment to quality and continuous improvement. In this role, you will:
- Utilize your knowledge and experience in security audits and assessments to support SOC and ISAE attestation activities.
- Coordinate and oversee the complete audit and assessment lifecycle, including initiation, scoping, planning, execution, remediation, and report submission.
- Administer and maintain information systems used to govern SOC and ISAE audits and assessments.
- Provide consultation and guidance to business units and stakeholders regarding audit controls, security standards, audit scoping, and interactions with third-party audit firms.
- Support governance activities for the BIS Attestations program, including assessor management, policy and standards maintenance, continuous improvement initiatives, and governance information systems.
- Provide proactive, structured communications to ensure stakeholders maintain awareness of audit and assessment activities and outcomes.

What you must have to be considered
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or a related discipline preferred.
- 9 years of experience in information security or a related field, particularly in governance, information risk management, and security audits and assessments.
- Extensive demonstrated experience with SOC and ISAE audits.
- Strong knowledge of audit and assessment methodologies, controls, and governance processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
- A strong sense of ownership, desire to create meaningful outcomes, and passion for work that serves a greater good for customers, communities, or global challenges.

These will help you succeed
- Education or professional experience in auditing and/or accounting.
- Education and/or experience with IT systems and processes.
- Project or program management experience.
- Knowledge of privacy laws and security standards, rules, and regulations.
- Experience working with third-party assessors and external auditors.
- Experience supporting governance and compliance programs in large enterprise environments.
