ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a driven Associate with strong hands-on experience in SQL, RDBMS knowledge and Tableau, Good to have any exposure on the practical implementation of AI technologies (any Process improvement / Automation implementations). The candidate must be self-sufficient and capable of engaging directly with business stakeholders with minimal supervision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Write advanced SQL queries, data pipeline architecture, RDBMS concepts.
● Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
● Develop and optimize data models within Snowflake — tables, views, streams, tasks
● Identify data quality issues, edge cases, and process gaps; document and escalate proactively
● Engage independently with stakeholders to gather requirements, present findings, and drive outcomes
● Contribute to AI solutions and Automations using related frameworks.
REQUIRED SKILLS
● SQL – Advanced; complex queries, performance tuning (mandatory), data modelling.
● Tableau – Hands-on dashboard development, calculated fields, data blending (mandatory)
● Data Pipeline Architecture & Version Control: Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipeline architectures using best practices for version control via GitHub or any equivalent tools.
● Ability to work independently with cross-functional stakeholders
NON-NEGOTIABLE
● Hands-on technical experience is mandatory — conceptual or tool-consumption-only profiles will not be considered
Senior Associate – Data & AI Practice
Level: Senior Associate
Experience: 6 – 9 Years

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a driven Associate with strong hands-on experience in SQL, RDBMS knowledge and Tableau, Good to have any exposure on the practical implementation of AI technologies (any Process improvement / Automation implementations). The candidate must be self-sufficient and capable of engaging directly with business stakeholders with minimal supervision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Own end-to-end BI and analytics solutions from requirements through delivery
● Lead Tableau development including complex calculated fields, blended data sources, and performance-tuned dashboards
● Identify data quality issues, edge cases, and process gaps; document and escalate proactively
● Engage independently with stakeholders to gather requirements, present findings, and drive outcomes
● Architect and optimize Snowflake data models, pipelines, and cost-efficient query patterns
● Act as the primary technical interface with business and client stakeholders
● Mentor Associates and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and best practices
● Contribute to AI solutions and Automations using related frameworks.
REQUIRED SKILLS
● SQL – Expert level; complex queries, query optimization, performance tuning, stored procedures, data modelling.
● Tableau – Advanced; enterprise-grade dashboards, Tableau Server/Cloud
● Data Pipeline Architecture & Version Control: Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipeline architectures using best practices for version control via GitHub or any equivalent tools.
● Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Good to have:
● Any Prior knowledge in Forecasting Model building or model maintenance
● Had prior expertise in AI solutions and Automations using Python or any AI related frameworks.

Manager – Data & AI Practice
Level: Manager
Experience: 9.5 – 13 Years

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a manager who combines strong technical hands-on capability with the ability to lead small, high-performing teams. The ideal candidate brings depth in SQL, Tableau, ETL/ Data Pipeline architecture, proven AI hands-on /SME experience, and the communication gravitas to drive alignment with senior stakeholders and clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end data and AI solutions across client engagements
● Manage a small team of Associates and Senior Associates — assign work, review deliverables, enable growth
● Remain hands-on across SQL, Tableau, Python, and Gen AI — actively contribute to solution development (70% technical)
● Drive Gen AI and Agentic AI initiatives including LangChain architectures, RAG frameworks, and LLM-integrated workflows
● Own client communication, stakeholder alignment, and executive-level reporting
● Identify process gaps, define SOPs, and ensure delivery quality and consistency
● Stay current on technology advancements and translate emerging trends into practical recommendations
REQUIRED SKILLS
● SQL – Expert level: complex queries, data modelling, ETL/ Data Pipeline architecture, performance tuning (mandatory)
● Tableau – Advanced; ability to guide team and review enterprise-grade builds (mandatory)
● Data Pipeline Architecture & Version Control: Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipeline architectures using best practices for version control via GitHub or any equivalent tools.
● Team management – Experience leading small teams (2–6 members)
● Communication – Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
● Learnability – Demonstrated ability to adopt and apply emerging technologies
● AI – Hands-on delivery and team guidance in:
● Expertise in AI solutions and Automations using Python or any AI related frameworks.
● LLM integration and prompt engineering
Good to have:
● Any Prior knowledge in Forecasting Model building or model maintenance
NON-NEGOTIABLE
● Minimum 70% hands-on contribution expected — management-only profiles will not be considered
● Must have built AI solutions independently, not just supervised others doing so
● Strong communication and articulation skills are essential for client-facing interactions
