1. Business Title: Senior Delivery Manager / Senior Scrum Lead – VMS

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Delivery Manager / Senior Scrum Master to lead agile delivery, promote strong collaboration, and drive strategic alignment across two dynamic teams.

This role requires a true servant-leader mindset, with the ability to remove impediments, optimise delivery processes, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.

You will work closely with senior leadership, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to enhance agile maturity, strengthen stakeholder collaboration, and proactively manage risks. In addition, you will play a key role in driving OKR (Objectives & Key Results) alignment and efficiency improvements to maximise overall team impact.

What You’ll Do

Agile & Delivery Excellence

  • Lead end-to-end delivery, ensuring teams consistently meet quality standards and delivery timelines.
  • Define, implement, and continuously improve agile best practices to foster a high-performing team environment.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure alignment on sprint goals, priorities, and commitments.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to maintain delivery predictability.
  • Drive efficiency improvements by optimising processes to enhance team performance and throughput.

Strategic Alignment & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with Product Owners and senior leadership to align on OKRs, roadmaps, dependencies, and priorities.
  • Enable effective cross-team coordination to support smooth execution and high stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reporting to support leadership-level decision-making.

Process Optimisation & Team Empowerment

  • Act as a mentor and coach, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Implement effective work breakdown and backlog management practices to improve execution efficiency.
  • Ensure teams remain aligned with OKRs, tracking progress and adjusting plans as required.
  • Promote transparency, accountability, and high team engagement.

Risk & Communication Management

  • Identify potential blockers early and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders, maintaining a diplomatic and collaborative approach.
  • Ensure transparency across status reporting, dependency management, and issue resolution.
  • Manage technical workstreams across design, build, test, deploy, and hypercare phases.
  • Oversee integration design, data migration, and environment setup activities.
  • Review and validate configuration and custom design decisions.
  • Drive technical quality assurance and lead solution reviews.
  • Ensure robust root cause analysis and timely remediation during testing cycles or incidents.

You Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

  • 10+ years of experience in Agile Delivery, Scrum Mastery, or Program Management.
  • Strong expertise in agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar.
  • A strong product mindset with focus on business value and priority alignment.
  • Proven experience managing dependencies across multiple teams and functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic discussions.
  • Strong problem-solving, risk management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Hands-on experience driving OKR alignment and goal execution.
  • Ability to identify and implement efficiency improvements to optimise team performance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, balancing assertiveness with collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agile certifications such as CSM, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale agile transformations.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other agile delivery tools.

2. Business Title: PMO Analyst

Position Description

What You’ll Do

You will support the PMO Lead in driving disciplined execution of the global Vendor Management System (VMS) Phase 2 initiative. This programme aims to enhance contingent workforce management by expanding technology capabilities, improving processes, mitigating risk, unlocking cost savings, and improving overall stakeholder experience.

You will play a key role in maintaining programme structure, transparency, and momentum across workstreams and regions. Responsibilities include supporting integrated planning, RAID management, budget tracking, governance preparation, and reporting.

You will work closely with the PMO Lead, Global Change Lead, Product Owners, and regional teams to ensure milestones are tracked effectively, risks are identified early, and decisions are clearly documented. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys bringing clarity and structure to complex programmes.

You’re Good At

  • Bringing structure and organisation to complex, multi-workstream initiatives.
  • Maintaining detailed project plans and tracking milestone progress.
  • Supporting RAID management by logging, tracking, and following up on actions.
  • Preparing high-quality, client-ready status reports and executive dashboards.
  • Synthesising large volumes of information into concise, meaningful updates.
  • Coordinating meetings, capturing key decisions, and ensuring follow-through on actions.
  • Tracking programme financials, including spend reporting and variance analysis.
  • Managing documentation and maintaining a single source of truth.
  • Collaborating effectively across regions and functions.
  • Maintaining attention to detail while keeping sight of overall programme objectives.

You Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

  • Experience in PMO, project management, consulting, or transformation support roles.
  • Prior experience supporting global or technology-driven implementations preferred.
  • Strong ability to manage detailed trackers such as project plans, RAID logs, and financial reports with accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, metrics, and reporting tools.
  • Experience organising governance forums and preparing materials for SteerCo and working group meetings.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for varied audiences.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and matrixed environments.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar).
  • Strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Openness to digital tools and agile ways of working.

Additional Project Information

Techno-Functional Analyst working within the Integrations team.

Primary Skill Set

  • 5+ years of experience in documenting technical specifications, particularly related to data flows, data transformation, and source-to-target mapping.
  • Ability to proactively and independently collaborate with functional Contingent Worker Management teams to understand process complexities and integration requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications. Uses a consultative approach to understand SAP Fieldglass functionality and apply it effectively in solution design.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to lead and facilitate requirements and design workshops for both project and enhancement initiatives.

Secondary Skill Set

  • Highly organised, with the ability to create clear, comprehensive interface specification documents.
  • Experience developing and executing detailed work plans and test plans to ensure high-quality deliverables prior to deployment.
  • Experience in the HR domain and exposure to SaaS applications such as SAP Fieldglass, Workday, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
