About the role
As a Program Manager – Middleware & Integration Transformation, you will make an impact by leading complex, enterprise-scale integration programs that enable critical business and technology transformation. You will be a valued member of a client-facing delivery team, working collaboratively with business leaders, architects, engineering teams, and global delivery partners to ensure successful outcomes across a large middleware and integration portfolio.
Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
In this role, you will:

Establish and manage program governance, including delivery plans, milestones, RAID tracking, executive dashboards, and stakeholder communications
Drive cross‑team and cross‑platform dependency management across ERP systems, integration platforms, APIs, data services, security, infrastructure, and downstream applications
Oversee planning and execution across multiple agile teams and vendors, including sprint and release planning, capacity management, and delivery commitments across onsite and offshore teams
Ensure delivery quality across all testing phases, release readiness, cutover execution, and go‑live decisioning
Manage change control, budget tracking, forecasting, and vendor performance to ensure strong delivery economics and accountability
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate business objectives into executable delivery increments and measurable outcomes
Build and lead high‑performing teams by providing clear direction, coaching, performance management, and escalation support
Identify and sponsor opportunities for automation and modern delivery practices (CI/CD, test automation, monitoring, GenAI‑assisted delivery) to improve speed and stability
