We are looking for a skilled Stibo Developer with hands-on experience in Stibo Systems STEP (Master Data Management / Product Information Management) platform. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining product data solutions that support business processes, data governance, and integration with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure solutions on the Stibo STEP platform
- Implement data modeling, workflows, and business rules within STEP
- Customize STEP using JavaScript business rules and Java extensions (if applicable)
- Build and maintain data integration pipelines with systems such as ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and DAM
- Develop and manage inbound/outbound data feeds (ETL processes)
- Work with stakeholders to define and implement data governance and data quality standards
- Perform data migration, cleansing, and enrichment
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with Stibo Systems STEP (PIM/MDM platform)
- Good understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM) concepts
- Proficiency in:
- JavaScript (for STEP business rules)
- Java (preferred for customization/extensions)
- Experience with data modeling, hierarchies, workflows, and classification systems
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON
- Experience with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica, Boomi, or similar)
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
- Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in eCommerce or retail domain
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of digital asset management (DAM) integrations
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional and distributed teams
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000- $145,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
