Job Summary
Serve as a subject matter expert in policy servicing for property and casualty insurance delivering accurate policy maintenance and client support using advanced MS Office skills. Handle complex endorsements renewals and service requests from the office during night shifts ensuring high quality compliance and timely outcomes within a collaborative global environment.
Responsibilities
Manage end to end policy servicing activities by processing endorsements renewals cancellations and reinstatements with high attention to detail and accuracyAnalyze policy documents schedules correspondence and system records to ensure that all policy changes are correctly interpreted and implemented within agreed timelinesCoordinate with internal operations underwriting and quality team members to clarify instructions resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth completion of policy servicing tasksRespond to complex service requests from stakeholders by researching relevant policy information and providing clear concise and well documented resolutionsUtilize advanced MS Office capabilities including spreadsheets text documents and presentations to track work volumes maintain logs and prepare periodic reports on productivity and qualityUpdate and maintain policy administration tools and trackers so that all transactions are accurately recorded and easily auditable for internal and external reviewsReview completed transactions against standard operating procedures and quality benchmarks to minimize errors rework and potential compliance issuesSupport continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring process gaps proposing practical solutions and helping to document revised procedures for the teamCollaborate with night shift colleagues to manage workload distribution provide status updates and ensure seamless handovers across different functions or locationsCommunicate clearly and professionally with cross functional stakeholders to explain complex policy servicing outcomes and to align expectations on turnaround time and qualityAdhere strictly to information security data privacy and regulatory guidelines so that customer information and company interests remain fully protected at all timesAdapt quickly to changes in client requirements product features or internal systems by learning new processes and applying updated knowledge in ongoing servicing workContribute to the overall purpose of the company by ensuring that accurate timely policy servicing enhances customer trust supports risk management and strengthens the reputation of the global insurance operations team
Qualifications
Demonstrate professional experience of five to seven years in policy servicing operations or back office processing with consistent exposure to insurance or financial services workflowsApply strong proficiency in MS Office tools to manage large data sets create structured reports perform validations and support day to day operational decision makingExhibit good understanding of property and casualty insurance concepts such as coverage types limits deductibles and endorsements and use this knowledge to interpret policy servicing requestsDisplay solid analytical and numerical skills that enable careful review of policy data identification of anomalies and execution of precise corrections where requiredShow effective written and verbal communication skills that support clear email communication documentation of case notes and coordination with onshore or internal stakeholdersMaintain high levels of personal organization and time management to handle night shift work volumes meet turnaround commitments and support consistent service availability from the officeEmbrace a collaborative and inclusive working style with openness to feedback coaching and process changes that strengthen overall team performance and client satisfaction
Certifications Required
Any certification in MS Office productivity tools or insurance operations such as a property and casualty foundation credential is preferred
