About the role
As a SAP Materials Management (MM) Consultant, you will make an impact by supporting end-to-end SAP MM implementations, rollouts, and enhancements that streamline procurement and inventory management processes. You will be a valued member of the project delivery team and collaborate with senior consultants and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality SAP MM solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Participate in SAP MM module implementations and rollouts, contributing to configuration and delivery.
- Assist in gathering business requirements and configuring SAP MM processes.
- Support integration activities with PP, SD, and QM modules.
- Contribute to workshops, training sessions, documentation creation, and user support.
- Execute testing activities (unit, integration, UAT), help resolve defects, and support continuous improvement initiatives post–go-live.
Work model
This is a hybrid position requiring regular onsite presence (2–3 days per week) in a client or Cognizant office in Buenos Aires, Argentina. What you need to have to be considered
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM implementations and rollouts.
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM processes including procurement, purchasing, inventory management, vendor master data, valuation, and invoice verification.
- Experience integrating SAP MM with PP, SD, and QM modules.
- Participation in at least 1–2 full-cycle SAP implementations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
These will help you stand out
- Experience with S/4HANA environments.
- Experience in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, or consumer goods.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
