About the Role
As a FACETS QA Analyst-Claims Testing, you will make an impact by ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of healthcare claims processing systems through comprehensive testing and validation activities. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, claims operations teams, developers, and client partners to support successful healthcare platform implementations and enhancements.
In This Role, You Will:
• Perform end-to-end testing of FACETS claims processing applications, with a focus on dental claims, benefits, billing, and fee schedules.
• Execute parallel testing and validate claims adjudication results to ensure accuracy and compliance with business requirements.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases for functional, regression, user acceptance, and production validation testing.
• Identify, track, and manage defects using tools such as ALM and JIRA while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive resolution.
• Conduct root cause analysis, perform backend data validation using SQL, and communicate testing outcomes effectively to stakeholders and clients.

What You Need to Have to Be Considered
• Strong experience with FACETS claims processing, including dental claims, benefits, billing, fee schedules, and claims adjudication.
• Healthcare payer domain expertise with a solid understanding of claims life cycle and business processes.
• Experience in parallel testing, claims validation, and quality assurance methodologies.
• Strong SQL skills for backend testing, data validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Experience supporting UAT, regression testing, defect management, and production validation efforts using ALM, JIRA, or similar tools.
These Will Help You Stand Out
• Experience working on large-scale healthcare payer transformation or migration programs.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience collaborating directly with client stakeholders and business users.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in root cause analysis.
• Ability to work independently in a remote and geographically distributed environment.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until August 10, 2026.
The annual salary for this position is between $53,477– $92,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
