As a Senior Manager – Electrical Design, you will drive impactful contributions and focus on outcomes. You will be a key member of the Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Services team, collaborating with internal stakeholders, project teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities. This role leads electrical design and engineering for large-scale commercial buildings, corporate campuses, high-rise offices, and interior fit-out projects across India, ensuring systems meet functional, safety, sustainability, statutory, and operational requirements while aligning with project budgets and schedules. - Lead electrical design for base-build and interior fit-outs, including HT/LT systems, substations, transformers, DG, UPS, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, and ELV coordination.
- Manage and coordinate electrical design consultants across all design stages from concept to IFC.
- Review drawings and calculations for compliance, constructability, safety, energy efficiency, and maintainability.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, mechanical, façade, sustainability, and interior teams.
- Ensure designs support modern workplace needs, IT load, redundancy, and flexibility requirements.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, CEA regulations, IS standards, DISCOM requirements, and fire life safety norms.
- Collaborate with cost management teams to support value engineering and budget alignment.
- Provide construction-stage design support, review shop drawings and RFIs, and support testing and commissioning.
What you must have to be considered
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Extensive experience in electrical design for commercial buildings, corporate campuses, high-rise developments, and interior fit-outs in India.
- Strong expertise in building electrical systems and Indian codes, including NBC, CEA regulations, IS standards, DISCOM requirements, and fire life safety norms.
- Proven ability to lead design coordination across internal teams, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities.
- Strong sense of ownership, meaningful outcomes mindset, and passion for work that serves customers, communities, and business priorities.

- Ability to work in a multi-location environment and travel for design reviews and site coordination as required.
