Job summary

Business analyst role in a hybrid work model focusing on digital product initiatives that use mobile technologies such as Flutter and iOS. The role involves analyzing business processes defining clear requirements and collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver user centered solutions that align with organizational goals and create positive impact for customers and society.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current and future business processes to identify gaps and opportunities where mobile solutions built with Flutter and iOS can improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to elicit clear business needs and translate them into structured requirements that guide mobile feature development and align with strategic objectives.
• Document detailed user stories acceptance criteria and workflows that describe how customers and internal users will interact with Flutter and iOS applications in a day to day context.
• Facilitate requirement walkthroughs and clarification sessions with designers and engineers to ensure shared understanding of business goals and minimize rework during implementation.
• Assess the impact of proposed mobile changes on upstream and downstream systems and define dependencies to support smooth integration across enterprise platforms.
• Develop analytical models and simple metrics that track performance of mobile features and provide insight into how digital experiences contribute to business value.
• Prepare functional specifications and configuration guidelines that describe expected behaviors of mobile applications in normal and edge case scenarios for day shift operations.
• Conduct business focused reviews of mobile application prototypes and test results to confirm that implemented features meet documented requirements and provide usable experiences.
• Support defect triage activities by analyzing reported issues reproducing relevant scenarios and recommending business oriented resolutions that protect customer trust.
• Engage with hybrid team members through structured workshops and remote collaboration routines to maintain alignment on priorities and upcoming releases without requiring travel.
• Create clear reports and summaries that communicate key findings requirement changes and delivery status to stakeholders in language that supports decision making.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons from each mobile release and proposing enhancements that make business analysis practices more effective.
• Ensure that all analysis activities follow organizational standards for quality compliance and ethics so that delivered solutions serve the broader interests of society.

Qualifications

• Possess practical experience in business analysis for digital or mobile products with three to six years of progressively responsible work in hybrid environments.
• Demonstrate hands on exposure to Flutter based application initiatives with the ability to discuss business needs using terminology that mobile engineers and product teams understand.
• Show relevant experience working with iOS application projects including requirement definition for user interfaces navigation flows and data interactions.
• Apply strong analytical and problem solving capabilities to interpret complex stakeholder input and convert it into structured requirements that guide development.
• Use clear and inclusive communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and document business artifacts that are easy to understand and maintain.
• Exhibit familiarity with standard business analysis practices such as process mapping requirement prioritization and acceptance criteria definition using practical tools.
• Display awareness of hybrid work practices and the ability to manage time and tasks effectively during day shifts while coordinating with onsite and remote colleagues.
