Job Summary
Service line specialist role focused on driving complex domain sales service and marketing solutions for global clients in a hybrid work model applying extensive industry experience to shape offerings improve customer journeys and support revenue growth while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and tangible value for clients and society.
Responsibilities
- Drive end to end domain sales initiatives by shaping solution outlines aligning them with client strategic priorities and enabling sustainable revenue growth for the company and clients
- Develop integrated service and marketing solution approaches that connect customer acquisition onboarding and after sales support to deliver a consistent and high quality experience across channels
- Coordinate with account teams presales experts and delivery partners to create compelling proposals that clearly articulate value propositions cost structures and business outcomes for clients
- Guide discovery workshops with client stakeholders to capture current processes pain points and aspirations in sales service and marketing domains and translate them into actionable solution roadmaps
- Design scalable operating models for sales and service functions that balance process standardization with localized needs to drive higher productivity and improved customer satisfaction
- Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications that can be implemented by cross functional technology and process teams without ambiguity
- Review and refine solution designs prepared by technical and process teams to ensure alignment with domain best practices compliance needs and long term maintainability
- Establish measurable performance indicators for sales and service transformations and collaborate with analytics teams to track interpret and report progress to client stakeholders
- Advise clients on adoption of digital tools for customer engagement including campaign management service request handling and field service coordination to enhance responsiveness
- Identify opportunities to reuse existing assets frameworks and accelerators from within the organization in order to improve delivery efficiency and reduce time to value for clients
- Collaborate with internal practice teams to shape new service offerings in sales service and marketing domains that respond to emerging market trends and evolving client expectations
- Mentor experienced professionals in the team by sharing domain insights review feedback and examples from complex engagements to build deep capability in sales and service transformations
- Engage in governance forums with clients and internal leaders to discuss program status risk mitigation actions and planned enhancements ensuring transparent communication and shared accountability
Qualifications
- Combine twenty two plus years of experience in sales service or marketing domains with a proven history of delivering large scale transformation programs for enterprise clients
- Apply advanced understanding of customer lifecycle management including lead generation opportunity management order fulfillment and after sales support in real world client contexts
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of digital customer engagement concepts such as omnichannel contact handling self service enablement and personalized marketing communications
- Bring hands on experience working with major customer relationship or service management platforms and related tools used by global organizations
- Use prior exposure to industry specific sales and service regulations to ensure that proposed solutions respect compliance and data protection expectations across regions
- Showcase experience in working within hybrid work models by managing collaboration stakeholder communication and documentation practices suited for distributed teams
- Display effective communication and negotiation skills through clear articulation of complex ideas structured storytelling and objective facilitation of client decision making sessions
