Sr Product Specialist(ISG)

Job Summary

Sr Product Specialist ISG will drive configuration and optimization of Model N Hightech solutions ensuring robust data flows and compliant commercial operations for global business stakeholders. The role partners with cross functional teams to translate complex pricing and revenue processes into scalable product configurations and supports continuous improvement in a hybrid work model for impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design Model N Hightech configuration solutions that accurately reflect complex pricing discounting and commercial policies for global business teams ensuring systems remain scalable maintainable and aligned with strategic revenue objectives.
• Optimize Model N Hightech data flow across upstream and downstream applications by defining clear data contracts validating integration rules and resolving data quality issues to support reliable reporting and analytics for decision makers.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional experts to elicit detailed requirements analyze current state processes and translate them into configuration specifications that enhance efficiency and compliance in revenue operations.
• Develop and maintain configuration documentation mapping rules and process diagrams that provide clear guidance for operations teams and enable efficient onboarding and knowledge transfer across the product organization.
• Coordinate system testing for Model N Hightech enhancements by designing test conditions reviewing test evidence and validating that configuration changes meet functional expectations and nonfunctional criteria such as performance and reliability.
• Provide advanced production support for Model N Hightech solutions by analyzing incidents performing root cause assessment and implementing durable fixes that reduce recurring issues and improve system stability.
• Engage with cross functional technology teams to plan and execute deployments monitor post release behavior and drive early issue identification to protect business continuity and user confidence in the platform.
• Guide stakeholders on best practices for using Model N Hightech capabilities in day to day operations enabling data driven decisions and ensuring that revenue management activities stay aligned with evolving market and regulatory conditions.
• Analyze usage patterns performance indicators and feedback from business users to propose incremental product improvements that increase adoption enhance user experience and support long term value creation.
• Ensure that configuration and data flow designs adhere to enterprise standards for security governance and auditability while supporting transparent reporting for internal controls and external compliance obligations.
• Partner with analytics and finance teams to enable accurate downstream data consumption from Model N Hightech ensuring that pricing contract and transaction data is complete consistent and timely for forecasting and performance analysis.
• Support hybrid work practices by using collaboration tools structured documentation and clear communication routines that maintain high productivity and shared understanding across onsite and remote contributors.
• Drive alignment between product configuration choices and the company mission to deliver responsible innovation and societal impact by facilitating revenue transparency and fair commercial practices.

Qualifications

• Leverage extensive hands on experience with Model N Hightech configuration to design robust solutions that handle complex pricing logic eligibility criteria incentive structures and contractual rules for enterprise scale environments.
• Apply deep practical knowledge of Model N Hightech data flow to architect reliable integrations define transformation rules and ensure accurate movement of data between transactional systems analytical platforms and reporting tools.
• Utilize broad exposure to Model N Hightech capabilities to troubleshoot functional gaps recommend configuration adjustments and mentor peers on advanced features that enhance automation and reduce manual intervention.
• Draw on domain understanding of research and development environments to align configuration choices with typical R and D funding models portfolio planning processes and compliance considerations where applicable.
• Apply strong analytical and communication skills gained over eight to twelve years of professional experience to collaborate effectively with business and technology teams and to document complex configuration decisions in an accessible manner.
• Use familiarity with hybrid work models to maintain disciplined communication routines support distributed stakeholders and ensure that requirements decisions and outcomes are fully traceable regardless of team location.

Certifications Required

Preferred certifications include Model N product training or vendor endorsed Model N Hightech practitioner credentials along with any recognized revenue management or enterprise application certifica
