Job Summary
· Work with business to understand the PLM requirements and interpret them to Functional and Technical requirements
· Provide solutions to business based ont he best suited approach for the given requirement
· Prepare Functional Design document, review Technical documents and test cases.
· Work with Dev and Testing team to coordinate and plan the deliverables, follow through the implementation
· Demo to business, Documentation, defect tracking and implementation guidence

Teamcenter Developer with TC versions TC 14 and above with around 12 years of experience
Strong implementation knowledge on ITK CC perl clientside customization SOA services BMIDE configuration Dispatcher configuration and customization
Experience in developing web applications using html web methods json java scripts
Responsibilities
- Strong understanding of Teamcenter datamodel 2T4T architecture with exposure to AWCEWI
- Should have good understanding of change management and change implementation process from identifying change in problem report to implementing changes in Change Order
- Good Knowledge and handson relational databases MSSQL Server Oracle
- Knowledge on T4S and SAP
- Optimize existing Teamcenter implementations by analyzing current usage identifying process bottlenecks and recommending targeted enhancements that improve data integrity collaboration speed and product development transparency.
- Support integration of Teamcenter with upstream and downstream enterprise systems such as computer aided design tools enterprise resource planning platforms and change management applications to enable seamless digital continuity.
- Develop comprehensive functional specifications and user stories that clearly describe Teamcenter features configurations and data structures enabling efficient collaboration with implementation teams and reducing rework during delivery.
- Conduct detailed system validation and user acceptance verification for Teamcenter configurations ensuring that workflows permissions and data structures meet business expectations and regulatory or internal compliance standards.
- Provide structured user enablement through training sessions hands on workshops and clear documentation empowering end users to adopt Teamcenter capabilities effectively and sustain high utilization over time.
- Analyze high technology product development scenarios where applicable and apply relevant domain insights to refine Teamcenter usage patterns improving traceability design reuse and accelerated innovation cycles.
- Monitor operational performance of Teamcenter environments and recommend capacity adjustments configuration tuning or usage guidelines to maintain stable reliable and responsive systems in a hybrid work setting.
- Engage in continuous feedback loops with customer teams to capture enhancement requests prioritize improvements and shape future Teamcenter roadmap activities that align with evolving business goals.
- Ensure that hybrid work practices are supported by appropriate Teamcenter collaboration configurations enabling secure remote access structured data sharing and efficient cross location teamwork without travel requirements.
- Document solution decisions implementation approaches and configuration rationales in a clear maintainable format so that customer and internal teams can sustain and evolve the Teamcenter landscape over the long term.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience working with Teamcenter product lifecycle management including configuration administration customization coordination and support across complex enterprise environments.
- Demonstrate strong ability to interpret engineering and manufacturing processes and convert them into efficient Teamcenter workflows data structures and change management configurations that align with organizational objectives.
- Bring solid exposure to high technology product development domains where beneficial enabling more relevant advisory on release management variant handling and collaboration across design and manufacturing partners.
- Show proficiency in analyzing system performance and usage metrics for Teamcenter and recommending data model adjustments workflow optimizations or governance improvements that enhance reliability and user satisfaction.
- Exhibit strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities to coordinate with cross functional technical and business teams in a hybrid working model and ensure clarity of requirements expectations and outcomes.
- Display familiarity with common enterprise integration concepts involving Teamcenter and adjacent systems so that interface requirements data exchange models and dependency impacts can be articulated and supported during projects.
- Maintain an orientation toward structured documentation training and knowledge sharing ensuring that both customer and internal colleagues can sustain and extend Teamcenter solutions without dependency on specific individuals.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $128K to 150K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
