About the Role
As a Pega Project Manager, you will make an impact by leading complex Healthcare programs from strategy through execution and delivery. You will be a valued member of the program leadership team and work collaboratively with clients, executive stakeholders, business leaders, product owners, IT teams, and Agile delivery teams to drive successful outcomes and business value realization.
In This Role, You Will
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Healthcare programs across multiple workstreams.
Define program strategy, roadmaps, milestones, and delivery plans aligned with business objectives.
Oversee project execution and ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management objectives are achieved.
Establish governance processes and program reporting mechanisms while driving successful program increments, releases, and go-live activities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and executive stakeholders, facilitating governance reviews and effectively communicating program status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

What You Need to Have to Be Considered
Experience leading Agile program delivery across multiple teams and workstreams.
Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum delivery practices.
Strong program planning and risk management experience.
Experience managing program scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and dependencies.
Experience establishing governance processes and executive reporting mechanisms.
Proven ability to build relationships with business leaders, product owners, IT teams, and executive stakeholders.
Experience facilitating steering committee meetings and executive governance reviews.
Ability to track program metrics including velocity, quality, productivity, and business value realization.
Experience identifying risks, developing mitigation plans, and supporting audit readiness and quality assurance activities.
Healthcare domain experience.

Salary and Other Compensation
Applications will be accepted until September 28, 2026.
The annual salary for this position is between $129,500 - $152,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to plan terms.
