Job summary
Sr Consultant specializing in Flutter and iOS will design develop and optimize cross platform and native mobile applications in a hybrid work model. The role involves collaborating with diverse teams ensuring high quality user experiences and delivering maintainable solutions that align with business goals and enhance digital experiences for customers.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable mobile application architectures using Flutter and iOS technologies to deliver performant and maintainable solutions for complex business requirements.
- Develop high quality reusable and testable code components that support both cross platform and native mobile features while maintaining consistent user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers designers and backend engineers to refine requirements and translate them into detailed technical implementations for mobile platforms.
- Implement intuitive user interfaces and smooth navigation flows that improve customer engagement and support the company mission of delivering accessible digital services.
- Optimize application performance by profiling and tuning rendering network usage and memory to ensure responsive experiences under varying device conditions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain coding standards security practices and overall codebase health.
- Coordinate hybrid work activities by planning onsite and remote collaboration sessions to ensure efficient delivery without requiring travel to client locations.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues by analyzing logs reproducing defects and deploying targeted fixes that minimize user impact and downtime.
- Integrate mobile applications with secure backend APIs authentication services and analytics tools to provide reliable data flow and insights.
- Implement automated unit integration and widget tests to enhance regression coverage and reduce defects introduced during new feature development.
- Document technical designs architectural decisions and configuration steps in clear terms that support knowledge sharing across distributed teams.
- Mentor junior engineers by sharing practical guidance on Flutter iOS patterns and mobile best practices to strengthen overall team capability.
- Align mobile solutions with enterprise standards accessibility guidelines and regulatory expectations to support responsible and inclusive digital products.
Qualifications
- possess a strong background in Flutter development with hands on experience building production grade applications using widgets state management and asynchronous programming.
- demonstrate advanced proficiency in native iOS development including Swift UIKit or SwiftUI and familiarity with Xcode debugging and profiling tools.
- show practical experience integrating RESTful APIs JSON parsing secure storage and authentication mechanisms within mobile applications.
- exhibit solid understanding of mobile application architecture patterns such as MVC MVVM or similar approaches tailored to Flutter and iOS ecosystems.
- bring experience with source control workflows using tools like Git and modern branching strategies in collaborative environments.
- display knowledge of CI CD pipelines for mobile apps including build automation testing and deployment to enterprise or public app stores.
- present familiarity with agile delivery methods backlog refinement sprint planning and incremental delivery of mobile features.
- highlight experience in optimizing app startup time memory usage and battery efficiency across a range of mobile devices.
