Job Summary

This role is for a Functional Lead with six to ten years of experience in SAP VISTEX FUNCTIONAL RESOURCE and related modules in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts and no travel requirement. The position focuses on optimizing end to end SAP OTC processes including advanced order management batch management and regional configurations for Brazil and Latin America to improve operational efficiency enhance customer experience and support sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive end to end design and optimization of SAP VISTEX FUNCTIONAL RESOURCE by aligning system capabilities with business objectives to deliver reliable and efficient transaction flows across global operations.
• Oversee functional configuration of SAP basic information systems and advanced order to cash functionalities to ensure accurate master data pricing conditions and document flows that support robust business performance.
• Manage advanced order management scenarios including complex order types fulfillment constraints and allocation rules so that customer commitments are met consistently and on time.
• Coordinate integration of SAP materials management batch management features with sales and distribution processes to maintain precise batch tracking compliance and inventory visibility.
• Provide expert functional analysis of Brazil and Latin America specific SAP sales and distribution requirements including regional taxation invoicing and legal compliance to minimize risk and rework.
• Collaborate closely with cross functional stakeholders in supply chain finance and operations to translate business needs into clear SAP functional specifications and actionable configuration tasks.
• Guide the design of scalable and resilient hybrid process solutions that support rotational shift operations by ensuring system availability streamlined workflows and simple user interactions.
• Conduct comprehensive impact assessments for change requests and enhancements by validating requirements performing fit gap analysis and recommending solutions that protect overall process integrity.
• Support testing cycles by preparing test scenarios executing functional tests and validating results so that deployments occur with minimal defects and stable performance in production.
• Develop detailed functional documentation including process flows configuration rationales and user guidance to promote consistent adoption and future maintainability of SAP solutions.
• Enable continuous improvement by monitoring key performance indicators related to order fulfillment billing accuracy and batch management and by proposing data driven enhancements that support sustainable growth.
• Coach users and process owners through workshops and knowledge sharing sessions to improve understanding of SAP OTC capabilities and to encourage efficient and compliant usage across teams.
• Align daily functional activities with company purpose by ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and transparently thereby contributing to trust in commercial relationships and positive societal impact through dependable supply chains.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong hands on expertise in SAP order to cash processes including basic information systems configuration advanced order to cash features and end to end sales cycle management.
• Possess practical experience in advanced SAP order management including complex order types credit checks fulfillment strategies and integration with downstream logistics and billing.
• Show solid proficiency in SAP materials management batch management including batch creation tracking allocation and integration with sales and distribution for compliant product traceability.
• Bring applied knowledge of SAP sales and distribution processes for Brazil and Latin America including regional tax structures invoicing rules and statutory reporting requirements.
• Apply domain awareness in transportation and logistics by understanding shipment planning carrier collaboration and delivery execution to ensure that SAP designs reflect realistic operational flows.
• Utilize exposure to industrial manufacturing environments to shape configurations that support discrete or process production demand management and reliable order promising.
• Operate comfortably in a hybrid work setup and rotational shifts while maintaining clear communication structured documentation and consistent support coverage for business stakeholders.
• Leverage strong analytical and problem solving abilities to diagnose process and configuration issues quickly propose practical remediation steps and validate sustainable solutions.
• Use effective collaboration and communication skills to work with functional and technical teams ensuring that designs integrations and test outcomes are clearly understood and jointly owned.
• Maintain commitment to quality and compliance by following internal standards regulatory expectations and audit ready documentation practices in all SAP functional activities.
