Job Summary

Serve as a senior consultant with 8 to 10 years of experience specializing in workflow optimization advanced analytics and requirements gathering across hybrid work environments. Apply expertise in Jira Tableau Power BI SQL and structured data design to deliver scalable business solutions. Enable clients in asset intensive operations to gain actionable insights streamline processes and support data informed decision making that aligns with organizational goals and broader societal impa

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clear functional specifications that guide workflow design and analytics delivery in a hybrid work model
• Design robust workflow solutions that streamline business processes reduce manual effort and enhance operational transparency using structured methods and tool based configurations
• Configure and manage Jira projects to support requirement tracking sprint planning and issue resolution so that delivery timelines and quality expectations are consistently met
• Develop interactive Tableau dashboards that present complex datasets in intuitive visual forms enabling business partners to identify trends anomalies and opportunities quickly
• Build insightful Power BI reports that integrate multiple data sources and provide decision makers with timely metrics drill down capabilities and standardized performance views
• Write optimized SQL queries using tools such as MySQLQueryBrowser to extract transform and validate data sets that underpin dashboards reports and workflow analytics
• Apply strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms to design efficient data models and logic flows that support scalable maintainable and high performing analytical solutions
• Conduct detailed requirements gathering workshops interviews and document analysis to ensure that every solution reflects real operational needs and traceable business outcomes
• Partner with technology and operations teams to validate solutions end to end perform user acceptance support and refine configurations based on feedback from actual usage scenarios
• Provide guidance on best practices for data quality governance and documentation so that analytical outputs remain reliable repeatable and auditable over time
• Engage in continuous improvement activities by analyzing existing workflows identifying bottlenecks and proposing targeted enhancements that contribute to long term efficiency gains
• Support knowledge transfer by preparing clear reference materials walkthroughs and training sessions that enable client teams to effectively use Jira dashboards and reports independently
• Contribute to projects within asset management operations by aligning analytical solutions and workflows with portfolio monitoring reporting and regulatory needs when applicable

Qualifications

• Possess a bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience in a quantitative or technology oriented discipline with a proven track record as a senior consultant in data driven projects
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in workflow tools and concepts with the ability to map complex processes define states and transitions and implement rule based automations
• Exhibit strong practical experience with Jira configuration including boards workflows fields and permissions that support structured project and demand management
• Show expertise in Tableau development by building reusable data sources calculated fields and dashboards that address both operational and executive reporting requirements
• Show expertise in Power BI by designing data models measures and interactive visuals that align with enterprise standards and performance expectations
• Display strong SQL skills using platforms such as MySQLQueryBrowser to create queries views and validation checks that ensure accuracy and completeness of analytical datasets
• Apply sound understanding of data structures and algorithms in designing logical schemas indexing strategies and transformation routines to deliver efficient and scalable solutions
• Bring solid experience in requirements gathering techniques including stakeholder interviews process mapping and user story creation to ensure solutions are aligned with measurable outcomes
• Offer domain exposure to asset management operations as a desirable attribute with familiarity in typical operational workflows data attributes and reporting obligations
• Communicate clearly in both written and spoken form adapting information for technical and non technical audiences while working effectively in a hybrid collaboration model
• Work independently within day shift expectations while coordinating with distributed teams and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones without the need for frequent travel
• Adopt a continuous learning mindset by staying updated on evolving features in Jira Tableau Power BI and related data tools in order to introduce incremental improvements into client solutions
