About the Role
The Manhattan Active Configuration Expert is responsible for the configuration, support, optimization, and enhancement of Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) solutions. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Manhattan Active configuration, the ability to quickly assess and understand existing solution designs and close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to deliver configuration changes, issue resolution, and new functionality. The ideal candidate will support testing, deployment activities, and key project milestones to ensure successful solution delivery.
In This Role, You Will:
• Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance Manhattan Active Warehouse Management solutions.
• Analyze and understand current business processes, system designs, and existing configuration setups.
• Partners with business users, WMS teams, integration teams, and project stakeholders to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
• Recommend and implement configuration solutions that align with operational requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with development teams on technical enhancements and system integrations when required.
• Execute unit testing and validation activities following configuration changes.
• Support deployment activities, production rollouts, and go-live events.
• Communicate project status, issues, and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Work Model
At Cognizant, we are committed to providing flexibility while supporting work-life balance through a variety of wellbeing programs. Due to business and client requirements, this position is onsite five (5) days per week in Atlanta, GA. Candidates must be willing to travel as necessary to support project activities, implementation milestones, and go-live events.

What You Need to Have to Be Considered
• 10 -12 years of overall IT and supply chain systems experience.
• 4+ years of experience working with Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations and support projects.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM).
• Strong expertise in Manhattan Active configuration, troubleshooting, enhancements, and solution deployment.
• Proven ability to quickly understand existing solution designs, business workflows, and configuration frameworks.
• Experience with Postman, REST APIs, and JSON for system validation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Manhattan Active certification.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Exposure to Generative AI technologies and AI-enabled supply chain solutions.
• Experience supporting large-scale warehouse implementations and go-live activities.
• Knowledge of integration patterns between Manhattan Active and enterprise systems.

Salary and Other Compensation
Applications will be accepted until 10/08/2026.
The annual salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and other factors relevant to the successful candidate.
This role is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on individual performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable compensation plans.
