Role Summary
A hands-on delivery leadership role accountable for end-to-end execution of complex supply chain technology transformation initiatives across Supply Chain, Quality, Operations and IT. The role will lead high-impact projects or multi-workstream programs, converting strategic objectives into executable plans and personally driving scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, dependencies, cutover and stabilization. This is a delivery ownership role, not a PMO coordination position, with strong executive engagement and responsibility for maintaining momentum, transparency and decision quality.
Key Responsibilities
Program / Project Leadership & Execution:
Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of supply chain transformation projects and multi-workstream programs; own integrated plans, milestones, critical path, scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks and issues.
Integrated Planning & Delivery Readiness:
Manage cross-program dependencies, sequencing conflicts and resource bottlenecks; conduct design, build and cutover readiness checkpoints and drive delivery through stabilization
Stakeholder & Executive Management:
Build trusted relationships across Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, Engineering, site leadership and IT; present delivery status, risks, decisions and trade-offs in governance, SteerCo and executive forums.
Vendor, Commercial & Delivery Control:
Lead internal teams, systems integrators and external partners; manage contractual deliverables, scope control, change management, financial discipline and client expectations.
Governance, Tooling & Reporting:
Apply scalable governance rhythms and disciplined use of Jira, Confluence and delivery dashboards; use data, automation and AI-enabled reporting to improve foresight and predictability.
Continuous Improvement & Leadership Continuity:
Identify systemic delivery risks, champion lessons learned and continuous improvement, and act as escalation and continuity lead when required
