About the Role
As a Sr Consultant – Manufacturing BA, you will make an impact by analyzing complex business information and understanding business processes to document business and functional level requirements. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with project team members, business, IT teams, and clients.
In this role, you will:
- Analyze complex business information and break down concepts into smaller, comprehensible components for analysis.
- Facilitate work sessions to elicit requirements and other relevant information from Business and IT teams.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure a common understanding and effective communication (verbal and written).
- Translate functional requirements into detailed User Stories with acceptance criteria.
- Create business process flow diagrams.
- Manage stakeholder concerns and address barriers by identifying, anticipating, and mitigating risks and potential issues to prevent project delays.
Work Model

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, or Queretaro. - Ability to analyze complex business information and document business and functional requirements.
- Experience facilitating work sessions and collaborating with Business and IT teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience translating functional requirements into User Stories with acceptance criteria.
- Experience creating business process flow diagrams.

- Experience managing stakeholder concerns and mitigating risks to prevent project delays.
- Experience collaborating with project team members and responding to requests in a timely manner.
- Experience with Agile and/or SAFe methodologies (good to have).
