Consulting Manager role for a global organization focusing on property and casualty insurance clients responsible for driving complex consulting engagements optimizing business processes and enhancing operational efficiency in a hybrid work model. Responsibilities
Lead end to end consulting engagements for property and casualty insurance clients by defining problem statements structuring approach and ensuring delivery of measurable business outcomes that strengthen client competitiveness and operational resilience.Oversee analysis of underwriting policy administration billing and claims processes to identify efficiency gaps control weaknesses and transformation opportunities that improve loss ratios service quality and regulatory compliance.Provide expert guidance on property and casualty insurance products rating methodologies and risk selection practices to help clients refine portfolio strategies and enhance sustainable profitability.Drive development of detailed business requirements user stories and process maps for core insurance platforms and surrounding applications to support system enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.Coordinate with client stakeholders across business operations technology and compliance functions to align consulting recommendations with strategic priorities and practical implementation constraints.Develop clear and compelling presentations reports and business cases that translate complex analysis and insurance concepts into actionable insights for executives and operational leaders.Collaborate with technology teams to support design and validation of solutions such as workflow automation data analytics models and self service capabilities that streamline property and casualty insurance operations.Monitor engagement progress through well defined milestones risks and dependencies while recommending corrective actions to maintain scope quality and timelines in a hybrid work environment.Guide change management activities by proposing communication plans training approaches and adoption metrics that help client teams embrace new processes and systems without disruption to daily service delivery.Evaluate key performance indicators across claims handling customer service and policy servicing to recommend continuous improvement initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and reduce operating costs.Support sales and account teams by contributing domain expertise solution concepts and effort estimates for proposals targeting property and casualty insurance organizations.Ensure that all consulting deliverables reflect current regulatory expectations market trends and emerging risks in property and casualty insurance so clients can make informed strategic decisions.Document lessons learned reusable frameworks and best practices from each engagement to strengthen organizational knowledge capital and improve future project effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bring eight to ten years of experience in consulting or business analysis roles with a strong focus on property and casualty insurance operations and transformation programs.Demonstrate in depth understanding of underwriting workflows policy lifecycle management claims adjudication and associated controls within property and casualty insurance.Exhibit proficiency in process analysis requirements gathering and stakeholder management to translate client needs into practical and clearly defined consulting deliverables.Apply solid analytical and problem solving skills using data driven approaches to evaluate performance metrics and recommend realistic improvement options for insurance clients.Show familiarity with core insurance platforms and related tools used in property and casualty carriers to effectively support system enhancement and modernization initiatives.Display strong communication and presentation capabilities to engage diverse stakeholders and explain complex property and casualty topics in accessible business language.Maintain adaptability to work in a hybrid model with effective time management and collaboration skills that support cross functional project teams across locations.
