Sr. Consulting Manager

Job Summary

Serve as a senior consulting manager within a global technology organization driving complex IT consulting engagements for enterprise clients in a hybrid work model. Apply 12 to 15 years of experience to shape consulting strategies optimize client operations and align solutions with business objectives. Ensure high quality project delivery while promoting innovation that benefits customers and society through efficient and responsible technology use.

Responsibilities

• Lead high impact IT consulting engagements by defining project scope objectives and outcomes that align with client business strategies and organizational priorities
• Oversee end to end delivery of consulting projects by coordinating cross functional teams and ensuring timelines budgets and quality standards are consistently met
• Provide expert guidance on IT strategy by assessing current technology landscapes and recommending improvements that enhance operational efficiency and resilience
• Drive solution design for complex IT consulting initiatives by translating client requirements into actionable architectures and roadmaps that support long term growth
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders by facilitating workshops and discussions that clarify expectations and build consensus around proposed technology solutions
• Manage project risks and dependencies by identifying potential issues early and implementing mitigation plans that safeguard delivery commitments and client satisfaction
• Optimize consulting methodologies by refining frameworks tools and best practices that improve consistency of delivery and maximize value creation for clients
• Coordinate resource planning and workload balancing by aligning team capacity with project demands to ensure sustainable performance and high quality outcomes
• Guide change management activities by supporting communication training and adoption plans that help client teams embrace new processes and technology solutions
• Analyze financial performance of consulting engagements by tracking revenue margins and cost drivers to ensure projects meet commercial objectives and contribute to business growth
• Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals solution outlines and client presentations that demonstrate clear value and differentiation in IT consulting services
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by gathering feedback from clients and internal teams and using insights to refine delivery approaches and service offerings
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards by monitoring adherence to governance security and ethical practices in all consulting activities

• Demonstrate extensive experience in IT consulting by applying knowledge of enterprise systems integration approaches and implementation practices across multiple industries
• Possess strong expertise in developing IT strategies by defining target states roadmaps and prioritization models that align technology initiatives with business goals
• Apply advanced skills in stakeholder management by communicating clearly with executive and operational teams and translating complex technical topics into accessible narratives
• Utilize solid project management capabilities by using structured planning tracking and reporting methods that maintain transparency and control throughout engagements
• Exhibit proficiency in hybrid work collaboration by using digital tools remote facilitation techniques and onsite coordination to keep distributed teams aligned and productive
• Bring experience in day shift global delivery environments by managing interactions across regions while maintaining consistent availability during designated working hours
• Display capability in risk and issue management by using analytical skills to assess impact and urgency and recommending practical remediation actions for client projects
• Show strength in data driven decision making by using metrics and performance indicators to evaluate consulting outcomes and support recommendations with evidence
• Demonstrate familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts by understanding how applications data and infrastructure interact to support scalable and secure solutions
